the Horror For the DAY! SHocking!

Ok today started out like any other except Lance had a conference call at work at 9:00 so i had to drive Joy to preschool! Lance and the Kids left, I had clothes on and got Pierce and Joy in the car and Hope was fighting me getting in. We hadn't changed her yet so i took her pull-up off and went to put in the garbage can . So I am carrying her and her wet pull-up and walking to the big garbage can outside next to the van and I TRIP! I tripped and fell and bashed my FACE! on the ground and broke my two front teeth! More than Chipped! they broke! Truly redneck looking broken teeth! I of course am horrified, bawling and pick myself up and Hope who was fine and put her pull-up on and put her in her seat. go inside and look in the mirror and really loose it and then get in the car and take Joy to school. So instead of going shopping like i had planned for Preschool time i go home and get online to look up a dentist. I have to have these teeth fixed it was really ugly and hurt too. So i change my tag line that today sucks on google chat and my friend Jenn chimes in. She asks what is wrong and i tell her and she says to go see her Brother , he's a dentist , he'll fix it! so I call, they say come right in and so Jenn says she'll keep the little kids and i call Lance's mom to have her Pick up Joy. She is working for this morning but she says she will, so i go . i dropped off the babies with Jenn. and go to the dentist. the front desk girl says there may not be enough time to fix my teeth today, but they will look and see what is needed and go from there. I quietly freak out thinking they can't fix them. Horrified at the reality and wait. The dentist DR. Whiting of Whiting Dental in mesa . looks a the Xrays and they are not fractured so the tooth is ok just chipped really bad. anyway he numbed me up and put composite build ups on My teeth and Lance says he would have never known . They look good. I have pictures to post too a before of the broken teeth and my new fake teeth. really they are my teeth just caps. so whoo hoo! a bad day is going better now. really horrible but it worked out and my friend helped me in more ways than one. So Thanks Jenn! You Rock! And I love Dr. Whiting! I am going to get all of my work done there now! and believe me it is a ton of work needing done! And Lance too! So now we have a new dentist. yeah! oh and while I was in the chair waiting to get it looked at i realize i am really blessed because it happened now and not six months ago when lance was a student and we didn't have dental insurance or any money! So yes I feel blessed because it happened today!
