learning style? and today's agenda
gonna do Hope's evaluation for AZ early intervention program(azeip), for Hope's speech today! They'll evaluate her for everything though, gross motor skills(hopping, running, climbing stairs), fine motor skills(pincher grip) , receptive language, speech intelligibility. Hope really only has a speech problem but they check everything out to be sure. Azeip is for kids under 3. They would also check out kids if you thought they were autistic or otherwise delayed. you can call for a self referral or be referred though your Dr.s office. Hope was referred by our ENT's office, at my request. So the screener lady is coming today at 10am. We cleaned the house last night so it would be presentable for her and then later I think Lance's mom is coming over to make me pack. Or to pack whether i help or not. not that i won't do my part, but she is way into packing us up now rather than later and will be coming over the next three days to enforce it. I am a procrastinator! I admit it! I wait until i have a deadline to get the stuff i don't like to do, done. Plus i just don't love working in the other room packing while the kids tear up the rest of the house, and i'm not a fan of letting them help. But the problem with other people packing my stuff or organizing it is, if I don't put it where I think it's logical to me, I have no idea where they would put stuff. Plus i kind of think i have a photographic memory, I can picture in my mind the exact location of stuff when I put it there and what is with it. So if I don't put it, I can't picture it. and even if I saw where to put it and they do it, I can't picture it in the right place because i didn't see it, and touch it in the right area. I think I am a visual learner! Maybe I can find an online quiz, to figure it out. what kind of learner are you?

That is nice that they come to your house, when I had Samantha tested we had to go to them. I kow how you feel about the packing, I was still packing after we were suppposed to be out. I have no clue where anything is cause I didn't label any boxes. I am awesome. I need to take that quiz.
I am a total procrastinator too! You and I are two peas in a pod...I will have to take the test when I have more time, but it looks like fun!

I'm with you on procrastinating. I HATE packing. Thank goodness our movers did that for us. But like you, I have to see where everything goes & then I totally remember what's in each box. So, of course, finding everything was loads of fun. NOT!
