The scan came back clean! I hate the DR'S office!

Ok , i have to admit Lance was correct that they just wanted to tell me in person my scan was negative for metabolic uptake, indicating a clean scan! Now I have to say I am pretty pissed they made me go all the way to their office to find out it was clear! This Dr. is nice and seems to actually care about my medical issues and has been quick to order this test. But the practice, which her husband runs ,is a money-grubbing piece of crap! Seriously a total steaming-hunk-of-pony-loaf! They offer herbal supplements there, and classes to sell you crap and there is a med-spa there that they offer Botox injections and massages and Obagi skin care line and assorted other things to make money none of which have to do with thyroid stuff or diabetes which is what endocrinologists treat. any way needless to say I was steaming mad when i left! and to top it off the PA i saw ( not my dr.) threw in "well once we get your Thyroid taken care of, we'll get to work on your weight." I have never mentioned to this DR. or this woman that i was concerned about my weight! and while I am not thin , Today was not the day to mention it! Seriously, unless she's offering gastric bypass which I would love, She can go to hell ,bringing it up when I am there for f-ing PET scan results, they could've given over the phone! I had to make Lance get off work early so I could make the 45 minute trek to Scottsdale RD and the 101! and so I could go get the results without six kids. UGH!

So afterward I went for some retail therapy to Desert Ridge market place to
Home goods/Marshalls. And I must say I am feeling pretty good about that! I found two phenomenal metal easels for decorating somewhere, and 3 fantastic things for Liberty's room, and some new pants for me! and swimsuits for Hope,Paxton and Pierce. Good times!
