look what pierce can do!
this kid who just turned one can climb up on the bench in the kitchen! he can't even walk yet but he can climb up and attempt to get the jar of peanut butta! teaching them to be self sufficient at an early age is my specialty! 
and he can't walk yet, why i fretted about it for couple weeks i don't know but, that flu/rotavirus knocked the feet out from under him. and stole his walking skills or at least slowed him down by two weeks! really i am pretty stoked about it!and the laundry baskets in the pictures are, I'll have you know, clean clothes and that is how we store them . not really they are clean and lance expects me to fold them and put them away at some point. knowing full well that is not how I operate!

Way to go Pierce!! At least your laundry is clean!! I am soooo behind.
My last 3 kids were such major climbers the second they turned one! Their favorite spot is the kitchen table. It's so annoying!
I say keep 'em crawling as long as possible. For one they stay my baby longer and two, once they walk it's trouble in the making! He's sooooo cute!
gotta say i never loved the climbing when my kids were little, they made way to many messes. can't believe how big he is now.
He can not be any cuter!
I need some lessons on teaching self-sufficiency. I am not good at that...must be the control freak in me!

I have a crazy fun naughty boy too! Today he got in my makeup, while I was showering, and put foundation all over him and my new carpet. Got to love it!
How fun! Don't you just love that they are such little climbers so fast? Okay, maybe not so much! Love all the laundry--I too hate to do it--it's impossible and never ending!

I totally thought he was walking. I thought hadley was the only one. All my kids have walked before their first b-day..oh but not her., unless she starts walking in the next month. Gotta love those climbers..I havent yet had one of these..he's a cute kid! I have been really worried that a comment I said may have not been read as I meant it..please tell me I havent offended you! I have been really worrying about it..and hoping I have been worrying for nothing..please tell me if I have.
