Super-fabulouso! hot date recap!

we went to Olive garden for never ending pasta bowl! whoohoo! love that. yeah i only had most of one bowl. and they canceled the bow tie pasta in the deal. so sad. but i tried something new and it was good. and the HIGHLIGHT of dinner? PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE is back for the season at OLIVE GARDEN! yay! it is officially fall for me! whoohoooooo! and i went against my own standards and didn't get dessert first. shocking! i know! i got my cheesecake to go. in fact i think i may whip out that delight right now!

and after dinner we went to BOOKMANS (a used book store here in Mesa)- as Joy likes to tell people "we are all book and computer nerds in our family. " we scored the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy for Peyton, and i bought James and the giant peach my all time fave kid book. that is the book that got me hooked on reading! we bought a whole bunch more too. $55 total! on 14 books, it seriously is money well spent though, that lasts a long time. and is entertaining for many of us , many times over. SOOOOOOOOO yeah we are totally nerds, going to the book store on our hot night out! and when we got home at 10 pm, all the kids were in bed! thanks Stinky for babysitting! you rock!
hope everyone had a great Saturday! and have a fabulous Sunday! we are celebrating FREE SUNDAY! is it stake conference for us! whoohoo! which means we get to sleep in. yup! that is how we roll!

So fun-Olive Garden is one my all time favorite places. Yummy! We also have Stake Conference tomorrow. Our's is at 1-right at Jefferson's nap time. I might just send Cory to represent us!

That sounds like a fun night. Anytime away together is fun, I think. Even book shoppng. We love books in our family, too. We're also having free Sunday because I couldn't fit the boys church shoes in the suitcase. Plus my Mom's church is at 9:00 UT time, so 8:00 AZ time. I figured it probably wasn't going to happen anyway, and I need the suitcase room for any purchases I may make. But my Mom still makes me feel guilty for missing, like I was 16 again.

I've never had pumpkin cheesecake before. Sounds interesting.

I love book shopping. My girl friends and I frequently end up book shopping after dinner on our girls night out. It so fun!
