Happy Birthday Bronson!

Here is me holding baby kitty Bronson in 1993
he liked to pretend he was a baby animal and would only answer to whatever animal name he was right then! this time he was a kitty!
and this taught me to expect this in little kids and it came as no surprise when my own kids did it , since i learned on Bronson!

Fourth of July at the Drive in! with grandma Jones and Pierce.
at the Constitution Celebration!

18 years ago i was getting checked out of school early to go to the state fair! I was twelve! my older sister Janie, was pregnant and was having a baby BOY! we were so excited! i loved babies! and couldn't wait to be an aunt. well that day, Janie went in and had Bronson! i was really excited! So my dad picked us up early from Jr. High to take us to the fair and we stopped by the hospital to see Bronson! he made me an aunt! i was so excited! so we went and visited , and then went on to the fair and later that evening we were at the Indian fry bread booth when the news said the San Fransisco earthquake happened. all the freeways collapsing and lots of drama on the news! it totally made an impression on me for some reason! so Bronson was born on a big day in someone in CA history! and he made an impression on me too!

I loved to hold him and even volunteered to change his diaper when he was only a day or two old, he peed on me! it was my first shower from a baby boy. not the last though. and i got to babysit him alot. I think i was just the right age to want to babysit and didn't have much else going on but i sure had fun with him. taking him with me to hang out, and when i was a little older i was kind of tired of babysitting him (probably 15) and to wear him out i would have him run laps around me on the rug or outside and I'd cheer him on like it was a race. he thought it was fabulous and i could keep him entertained for a long time doing that. and i could sit and talk on the phone. yes i was a fabulous babysitter! and only felt slightly bad when i caught him eating his moms " teen spirit deodorant" or had to take away knives from him. or when i did his hair like a little girl! oh and the whole not being modest in front of him and he got all shocked when he knocked on my bedroom door and i answered in my bra when i was 18 he made hand cupping motion and said "i saw your (hands cupped in front of him on his chest action) meaning ...bra!! yeah it's a bra, big freaking deal! yeah then i though oh maybe i shouldn't hang out in just my bra. and realized he was catching onto more and growing up! he was probably 5-ish.

anyway Bronson is 18 today ! and i kind of feel old! he is talented and smart and lots of girls crush on him! is is musical and popular and not afraid to play violin in the orchestra, song in the honor choir and wrestle at his high school. he has done school politics and been the mascot for 3 years, he reads books and likes to watch and perform in musicals! he is handsome and can babysit! and he has ambitious plans for his future! Bronson is my first nephew and i think i am his favorite aunt!

Happy Birthday Bronson!
Hope that eagle scout project award comes through! and
remember to be nice to the Not beautiful girls and always dance with the tall ones. there is nothing more irritating than a tall guy with a short girlfriend!

Love ya always!
♥ Aunt Julie

Happy Birthday! Make good choices! we love ya!

I can't believe you pulled the picture with the face! I thought that one was great - people need to see the real Man, not just the picture perfect one.
