yeah we just got Lance's brothers Christmas card. and i am officially jealous of the pearl finish paper. SOOO freaking cute. and maybe I'm just a little jealous of her really cute skinny body. who photographed really well.
and for the record i am coveting everyone's cards. across the board , JEALOUS! is that bad?
i really loved Ashley's design talent. and really everyone that used her for pictures is so lucky i have yet to see one i didn't covet. her cards are so cute! and i liked the insert with the mini update for the year.

if i hadn't been the biggest screaming meany (and by that i mean biotch-witch) today, i would scan them all in for all to see. fabulous! but alas i have to go clean. i told the kids I am canceling Christmas if they don't freaking help pick up. and a couple genius' dumped out the shredder and made it snow in the office. which has spread all over the house. so i ahve to help too. i have to mop. major undertaking. at our house. just because it is SO BAD! i m really wishing for a maid right about now.
Does anyone else compare themselves and their lack of fabulousness to everyone else? just wondering.

Totally lacking in the cute card department this year. Notice how you didn't get one from me? I was even going to use Ashley's cute cards, but somehow ran out of time for pics, and I don't like anything we already have. So yeah, feeling unfabulous in that department this year.
And I'm laughing at the creativity of your kids using shredder paper for snow.

LOL, I barely got mine out a couple of days ago and realized I forgot a few people who will get them hand delivered whenever I see them! I just like to see what everyone came up with. Cute stuff!

Hey, you are fabulous!!! I think we, well I do anyways, compare ourselves to others way too much. By the way, I had nothing to do with my card. I don't know what I would have done this year if it weren't for our sweet friend Ashley. She took our pix and designed our card. I just sat there and watched her while she did it. I take no credit. I hope you have a wonderful Friday!! I have lots to do before Christmas-I don't even know where to begin! Oh, and as for screaming-I've done a lot of that today. My poor babies!

Oh, are you kidding? I compare myself with everyone & anyone and always come up lacking.
It's a disease of the spirit & we shouldn't do it.
I'm also loving all the fun & different cards this year! Mine is so lame & I'm kinda wondering why I even sent cards this year!
I am the one in our ward that people compare their house to and people wont even come over!(maybe thats a good thing(hehe) I wish all those girls in my ward could see my house today!! I have learned even those who seem perfect compare themselves to others and feel that they will never match up!
We don't envy, we make fun!! Every time we get a card, we rip it apart to make ourselves look better, lol! I can't imagine what people do when they see our cards. If you'd have gotten our card, you would have felt better. I am a fat girl who DOESN'T photograph well. at all.
That is why I sent out pictures of the kids only this year. I hate my picture being taken!!
I am so un-fabulous in every aspect of my life. Yesterday I so did not want to be the mom. I spent the day on the couch either on the computer or reading my new Anita Stansfield book while the kids played around me. I did feed them and minimally cleaned up after and I did put them down for naps. But I was just DONE after 4 days by myself with them. Totally toast! So dh took us out to dinner and then cleaned the house while I went to bed!
I'm with you, I look at everyone else's cards and wish I had done mine different!! And I LOVE Sean's families card too! Sooo cute! I want to go to whoever they used next year! Paul (Shawn's partner) used the same company for his cards... Jason and I were joking that the "Wheelers and dealers" probably traded services for them or something! LOL!! :)
