Hello do you have a spare pint?

Yo! you wanna win prize? got blood to donate? check out Melissa at Hope for the hopeless! and manic mommy! they are giving away a prize for donating blood! yeah ! all you have to do is go donate a pint, and get your picture taken while you do it. email it to them and you might be a prize winner they will do a random drawing . SO go there read their posts because they are dang funny. and go donate some blood. i would if they wanted my blood but i think i am out. with the cancer and medication and all. But i may research this further and see if i am really out or just making assumptions there , but i am spreading the word anyway. 'cuz we all know how i like free crap and this chance at a giveaway qualifies . and we all know i like to spread the word about free crap. who doesn't love free crap and a good cause?

and i googled my cancer question of if i could donate after cancer and i am officially out. that and the whole radioactive thing i forgot about too. dang! SO SOMEONE ELSE SHOULD DO IT. do it while you can. who knows when something will deny you forever the pleasure of giving blood. i mean those rewarding feelings of helping save lives and all. here is a list of all the things that disqualify donating blood. and here is one by the American red cross. with any possible questionable things. I'm still out but i did my research before saying so. but maybe after 5 years i could. still can't but according to this i could if there was none present and 5 years after treatment. i still have 3+ years. rad.
