ZOO PICTURES! i followed through once!

ok so the ZOO. you know the trip that the fat lady took. (see the next post) um we went with Aunt Wendy, and uncle MATT. and the chilluns. i had Hope and Pierce, Wendy had Ben, Brigham and Abby, and Matt had Lauren, and Lane.

so this picture, has a stranger and her kid. my two kids in black, and Matt in a pinkish backpack, and Wendy with the baby foot.

Feeding the ducks, shhhh, don't tell Lance but we used his raisin bran.

Hope and the rhino.it was nap time at the zoo. that 80 degree weather was making everyone tired.

here's the fat lady. holy hades, i used to be in peak ZOO hiking shape, up and down hills, so fast pushing my double stroller, and not even breathing hard. but no. not anymore. i was wiped out. but now i'll start going again. and hike the zoo. and get back into zoo hiking shape.

here is a common spider monkey? yeah they have an exhibit you walk through, down into it. and the monkey's can jump from tree to tree, or run along on ropes, and limbs, fun. up close and personal with the monkeys. it kinda grosses me out. as you go in they say to wash your hands after being in there, because if you touch the chain, (they mark their territory) you can get monkey pee on your hands (in theory or reality, it's both gross) so we go in, no strollers and pierce is holding onto that damn chain all the way down the hill to the main exhibit. pee all over(in theory) i tried to get him to stop but he wouldn't. anyway. kinda nasty. but it was cool.
i did the focus group for that exhibit a few years ago, probably 7 years ago and at the time they said strollers would be allowed. it peeves me they aren't now. UGH!. anyway. here is a monkey.
