Excuse me while i blather on about my life and my issues with coveting technology.
SO i talked about the follower thing and promptly forgot to look that up. maybe i'll get to it in a minute. if i don't space that again.
i'm handing out candy right now to a niece and nephew that came over to hang with me this morning. (babysitting)
and i should probably do dishes.
i have the MOST EXCITING LIFE EVER!
i'd like to confess that i haven't started OR finished even one of my super saturday projects. not one. i have like 6 to do. i really should bust those out. get them done. finished. wrapped and put away for gifting. since they were UBER FAB!
yesterday evening's carnival was delightful. i should have taken pics of Liberty in charge of doing the beanbag toss.
Lance came with us and stood around playing with his new phone that is SO COOL i could die.
it's the new G1 . google phone. yeah. we are google geeks. and of course i covet the wonder.
me, the girl whose ideal would be to shop in store and comparison shop online. FANTASY! my ULTIMATE FANTASY is available . for a price.
dude watch this video link click on shop savvy.
or look just watch this. i want to test this. maybe i will in a minute.
and this phone had amazing loading time. it's faster than my home computer sadly. my blog pops right up. it's frankly killing me.
and get this, i can check my reader, and comment from it. on his phone. everything is there. i told him any time we are riding in the car he knows what i'm doing. phone blogging. blog reading. emailing.
and i can actually work the keyboard. i'm not all that tech savvy. and texting is often beyond my skills. but hallelujah i love this phones keyboard.
i frankly covet.
and yet i continue to use my cheap cricket service. sure i can check my email from it. but it's so not as cool as Lance's phone, and it takes forever, and i can't see images or attachments.
darn it. and the camera on his? has as more megapixels than my Kodak easy share. PATHETIC. let me tell you.
Lance is one lucky guy.
now i know there are some Iphone users.
we are not mac addicts. not for any particular reason we just aren't sold. as far as i know. Lance his own reasoning. whatever but check this. a prize fight video between loading speed between the G1 and the iphone 3g
AHHHHHHHHHHHH and i never thought i'd be blogging about technology. sorry for my friends that don't give a rats.
just chalk it up to phone envy.
and shopping talk.
those are perfectly acceptable right? right.
i better get going. hope your Thursday is RAD.
my girlies have a little performance this afternoon. i'll be sure to get some video, and post it later.
WHOOHOOOO!
exciting stuff.

I have a T-Mobile Sidekick Slide and when I first got it I thought I'd cancel the internet service after a month (the phone was really cheap if I signed up for the service for a month).
Yea...it's been about 9 months and I haven't gotten around to canceling it yet. Holy COW I got addicted fast to being able to IM and check blogs and jump on the internet to find an address and check e-mail...
i want an iPhone sooooooooooooooooooooo o o o o o o badly!
Hey Julie, I think you should donate a few of your glitter cups to Beth and Bill (99.9) to give away on their blog--you would likely end up selling a lot of them just from the free press.
Just a thought...
Hmm....interesting. I have T-Mobile and was considering getting the G1, but wasn't sure. I'm not sure about the qwerty keyboard, but I also don't like iphone's keyboard because you can't feel it and text without looking at it. Luvpilot's is like that with whatever phone he has through AT&T. And I just read a book where this woman was being held hostage, and had to text from behind her back. That could happen in real life you know!
♥ Love the phone!!! Looks like fun. I love playing with new electronics! :)
Joe is coveting an iphone...he just keeps bugging me about it until I'm going to have to eventually give in.
Oh yeah, I love technology.
Oh, the exciting life we have in common too! I have three projects to finish from our Fab Friday. It never fails. If I don't finish them there, they sit for months. They're not even that hard, I just don't have the motivation. Gotta get 'em done. I want to hear all about yours when they're done--photos too, so I can be inspired by you.
