To answer some questions about the cups.
it's the perfect insulator for any beverage.
and a 32 oz drink from sonic or QT fits "just right" inside. for double the insulation! (and less clean up)
it even makes drinking water attractive!
it's the perfect gift for someone...
-who has everything,
-LOVES their beverages.
-who's always in style!
-who brings a drink everywhere they go?
do you know anyone like that? i know a few. (giggle)
it's also
-a great teacher gift,
-birthday gift
- gift for a new mom that needs to stay hydrated.
or maybe you just want one, and you know what?
YOU DESERVE IT!
So did i sell any? ( They are $20 and i am making about 10 cents an hour at that price!)
nope not really.
i did trade a couple-
-one to my sister for the CUTEST toddler batman/mr. incredible cape.
-one to my pal Jessica for a cute wood sign- "please knock" on one side and "go away" on the other. and some fabulous handmade cards.
and claim one for myself.
and i have a couple claimed as gifts.
SO i have left.
actually i have none left and probably won't be making any others to sell.
since selling anything i make is never worth the actual cost plus almost nothing for my time. and it never sells.
and BOUTIQUES are so not me. just because Like my husband says, i always end up spending more than i'd ever make.
RAD.
oh well they will make some great gifts to some LUCKY people.

Julie, I would love to buy the princess one! :) E-mail me when you have a chance. Azsunm@aol.com
how much are you selling them for?
I think you should have a button on your blog that takes you to these cups and list the prize for anyone who wants to order for holidays or occassions.
like have one for Mother's day, teacher's, all colors etc. Yes??
Im curious about the price as well.:)
I am shocked that you didn't sell all of them. people just don't understand how much work goes into anything hand made.
i wish i had some spare money i would snatch a pink one up for myself. i deserve it. but the kid needs winter clothes. priorites suck!
I love the pink and brown one!! :) They are so cute!
I'm thrilled with my FABULOUS cup! Plus, it was just a really fun day away from the kiddos! LOve Ya! Glad I have such talented, awesome sisters - like YOU!
I agree with Mamarazzi....People don't know how to appreciate handmade goodness.
If I had some extra cash I would totally buy one for my birthday next month!!!
You're RAD!
Those are darling. I wish I had even a smidgen of talent to make something that cute.
I feel fancy when I get a plastic cup versus a paper one...one of yours would make me feel SUPER fancy!!
They sound like fabulous gifts. And you're right. Anyone who gets one is one RAD lucky duck!!
julia!! those cups are spectacular! i think that you should also make picture frames like them or something.. cuz for people like me who don't ever have a beverage. i HATE to drink.. and when i do drink, its water or milk. period. (i know i know.. laugh it up.) but you could take the same idea and put it on picture frames? anyway, just a thought to add to your creative empire. and someday when you go global, can i be head of your marketing team?? ;) hugs-
