the day that never ended. it's still going....and going....and going!
well i mentioned in the last post what i had going on
but i'm thinking it looked too long so no one read it.
but here's the update. try to stay with me.
i did take the little kids to Liberty's 3rd grade class for show and tell.
even though i thought it was a LAME IDEA.
I got them dressed. checked in, hiked to the classroom.
Pierce wore his backpack there.
and then all afternoon.
Liberty introduced them and she got to SHOW AND TELL
all about her two youngest siblings.
favorite colors, how old they are yadda yadda .
now there will be a bunch of 4th graders that will know Hope when she goes to Kindergarten next year.
What was Hope and Pierce's favorite part?
the guest passes.
after that i had limited time to do anything but scramble to get the house worthy for company.
because Pierce has Therapy every Thursday. here. and the front room accumulates stuff fast, so i have to clear it out speedy quick every Thursday.
while i was getting my camera all set for the girls singing group Performance, i snapped a picture of Pierce working with Beth( his therapist)
and then i went to see these girls sing their hearts out.
unfortunately my camera was recording on two high of a setting , and the video kept shutting itself off, and my camera card got all the way full. and i had to delete stuff during the show. AACCK! it was pretty LAME on my part. and the files are SO HUGE they are taking forever to upload.
Here are my girls! Liberty and Joy doing their solo's in "Seize the day" .
my mom brought the girls while, i was dealing with Pierce's therapy.
then i left the boys home with Lance and went to the performance by myself.
my mom stayed to watch the girls sing.
OH look!
i was there, and have proof in a picture.
Thanks miss Linsey for a fun year of music makers!
afterwards it was a good night for HOT AND READY pizzas so we picked some up on our way home,
it's a good thing because, i walked in the front door to this...
Brownie mix dumped on the floor.
oh this isn't all, there was more , another box dumped in the kitchen. and some in a bowl. because Paxton wanted to bake brownies. but we were out of eggs.
so Pierce just ate the mix dry he was covered with Chocolate. i would have snagged a picture of it, BUT my camera was out of space on the memory card.
it was a grand day.
and i'm glad it's almost over.

we had hot and ready pizzas too, only we had them before the play. you've heard the juicy tidbits of my day and i'm afraid today will not be much better! oy!
the girls are so cute, we are the same way with camera organization. actually, we had a bit of a fight about it 1/2 hr before the play. nice.
I ran to the border for tacos and burritos. Yesterday was just too crazy to cook. Lovin' the singing, so freaking AWESOME. I also love that Liberty is so proud of her brother and sister that she just has to show them off. That is just sweet.
That brownie mix reminds me of when Connor filled his dump truck up with cocoa.
I was so sad we had to miss his singing program this week. Dang it. I love those.
Oh, Julie, we're so back to parallel lives. Mine was an entire box of Kix spilled all over the kitchen floor. Sorry, but my hugely pregnant body was not even about to climb under there and retrieve them, so the dog came to the rescue. I was afraid she would end up puking them up in some random corner of the house, but thankfully, here a day later, no such thing has been detected.
