my recipe for disaster.

losing it.

yup. the long week got to me.



it's a recipe for disaster.
4 early mornings - kicked my trash. so too many in a row, mixed with some emotional stress, and whiny kids.

2 weeks of sick people isn't helping.

2 cars not in perfect working order? NOT RAD. (tire still flat from the other day, and the van's radiator is leaking and my mechanic is on strike, or sick leave however you wanna look at it)

add a herd of whiny kids? seriously putting me over the edge.

plus a husband with a short fuse, and a bad attitude makes for a LONG WEEK.

plus he's busy at work and sick again. so no cars getting fixed.

it's freaking awesome.

so today i'm losing it.


i'm making lunch, after which, we are having quiet time.

everyone is GROUNDED.

there will be NO FUN! until something gives.

i think it's definitely time to get back on my summer regimen of Prozac for breakfast.

it is the breakfast of champions! didn't you know?!

i'm afraid it's survival of the fittest here and i'm REALLY OUT OF SHAPE.

wish me luck.

but i hope your weekend is rad.

You're awesome. Keep up the great work. One day we'll look back and miss this time. Maybe on my death bed....who knows. Every other mom probably gets the same thoughts. PROMISE. Here's to a better week.
