So I'm working on getting the house party ready with the in-laws Monday night. they are coming over for hot cocoa after going to the temple lights. Which kinda freaks me out.
while i invited, they haven't been over much (if ever) so it's not like when my family who has been over lots and knows the real us comes over. it's a little more stressful.
oh well, the maid is supposed to come and clean i just have to de-clutter and decorate the tree and be hostessy. it should be fine. I'll just keep telling myself that.
the maid better freaking show up tomorrow.
bonus! it'll get me all set for Christmas day lunch at my house.

who comes over to your house more? your family or your in-laws? which makes you freak out more?

totally a pin-up shot. so hot. i'm not freaking out this year, thought i was going to yesterday about the dresses but it was fine. i am freaking a little about my back, i am worried about time off work and having to pay the chiro bill, even tho it is my cousins husband. my fam does come over alot more but i'm just as comfy with his family. i freak more when my step siblings/parents come, i don't know why. i need to get my house ready too. we are having Christmas dinner with my dad (not till sunday) and my sis is coming in from ohio and we'll have dinner her next monday. so my plan is slow and steady, if i do a little every day i should get it all done.

Christmas for us this year will be a little more quiet....which I look forward too!!!
This year I am not freaking over anything because we don't have anyone coming over, we are going places.
I do however get to xmas eve and start thinking...oh crap did I remember everyone I was supposed too...blah blah bluhhhh!
What has me freaking out? My daughter was in the hospital with pneumonia on Th, Fri, & Sat. and I'm not done with Christmas shopping. I was going to bang it out on Friday while the kids were still in school. Now what do I do, how will I ever get it all done? Gaah!!
