alrighty then!

Sunday's are a lame blogging day for it seems everyone! I wonder that when nobody posts if they just can't because their husbands are home, they can't appear to put too much time into, or if because the family is home, are they napping instead of blogging? OR are they "weird" about TV and computer time on Sunday and they can't blog because they feel like it isn't a Sunday thing to do. does this sound like whining? ok it might be just a tad. mostly because i am less than entertained today. I slept in. we actually i got up at the butt crack of dawn with Pierce , and went back to bed at nine. Lance got up , and did the morning food fetching and diaper changes, and i eventually got up. We didn't go to church today, because Pierce is still kind of sick. Hope started running a fever yesterday and i think Pierce has Rotavirus. I finally looked it up online, and yeah, the runs, the fever, the vomiting, are all symptoms of rotavirus, and that is all he's had. for a whole week. not just a flu bug like I initially thought. he did do pretty well for I'd say 24 hours with no fever, but then he developed another one. he has had the runs for all week and his poor little buns are chapped and red. Poor guy, we change him as soon as we hear him squirt(liquid shiest), so it doesn't burn more than the instant it is on there. Oh so yeah bored! and i am feeling pretty tired of sick kids. i hope no one else gets it. we have started obsessively using hand sanitizer, and making the kids do it too! and no sharing drinks etc. Lance went to his mom's for dinner and took the big kids, and is leaving the boys there over night. She wanted to take them to do something fun before school starts. so I have been all alone here with the sickos Hope and Pierce for the evening. fave thought for the day? Lance is bringing home the ikea catalog from his mom's for me! ;)
i was so jealous of cool jill's, that i made lance call and ask for it . since she gets the paper delivered! whoohoo! Yay! yee haw!yeah thrilled! and so tonight i shall be able to peruse the wonder!

and i should clarify, I didn;t post much for the main reason i wanted to avoid the whining. and today's activity ? we overhauled the playroom, and i vacuumed the dining room. If the family had not left, i would have made them help clean the basement which is still a pit. I considered for a minute Sundays should be a day of rest but nope , they aren't. should i attempt to change that? probably.
