random realizations

ok so some thoughts.........

• We clean tons on Sunday because yes the hubby is home and i make him help. or generally he does it all . but either way i like an assistant. and he keeps me in check, taking my yelling down a notch. lucky for the kids.

• I am going to experiment with the corn starch, I even went to the effort of putting it in a shaker. i may chronicle the results. if nothing else but for myself.
  

• I made Lance register Hope today, i filled out the paperwork, he went to the school. I am really liking the passing of the buck on that this year.
  

• I have every intention to make a school binder for kids crap/paperwork/homework. I bought the stuff, but can't drag myself away from the computer to do it.
  

• School starts in six days 11hours and some minutes! whoohoo! and thanks Jen for the countdown clock, i just go back and check yours everyday!
  

• I am loving the new slipcovers in the new Ikea catalog! I really love the black and white check, and the flowered and striped ones. stuff i could actually see in my house! so tempting , and i am considering Ikea for our kitchen re-do in the future.
  

• I am bummed, i have done nothing thrilling with my day, as far as enjoying the time i have had less kids to tow around. the boys are still with my mother in law. and the little kids are sick but i feel like my day is wasted if i don't go somewhere even though i probably shouldn't! does anyone else feel this way? an abnormal urge to go shopping with a little freedom ?
  

• The pizza timer just went off, and Joy told me," Pizza's done chop chop! MOM! CHOP, CHOP!! computer time is over! CHOP! CHOP!"
