a nice reminder in an unusual place.

I had read ONEHM's top ten Tuesday post. on top ten things that make her happy. and thought ahHH maybe not today. I'm not sure i can find ten things today that make me happy. but then i went to the bathroom with my new Ballard designs catalog, yes i am a bathroom reader. i can admit it, i am not shy. So i am perusing my new catalog, and it has been quite some time since i have looked at catalog in the bathroom since i have been reading my book, but i finished it today, and since i had this new catalog i took it with me. and right there on page six i found the best reminder i could see right now on a print that i have admired many times before. you can see it here or the image i pirated on top. it says

it is a sentiment by the artist Rodney White.

it is quite fabulous i love the print (giant red cherries) and would love to own it for my kitchen! but the sentiment is a great reminder in an place i never would have looked for for more than decorating ideas. and almost worthy of vinyl lettering in my bedroom! or even the bathroom! i might as well be inspired while i sit there and think or stand in the shower. deep thoughts while i do my deep conditioning? and i think many of us need to remember happiness is a choice. not just something that happens to us. i forget this all the time. and could always stand to be reminded.

i also love this print and if i paid for art this is what i would buy! for my laundry room .
