fun friday??
oh yea! fun! Peyton went to school with the other kids as usual but ended up at the nurses office within 1/2 an hour. with a headache and stomach ache. she gave him some cracker but before he even touched them he puked. so she called and he came home. then he proceeded to vomit. and complain of the headache. I'm was assuming a migraine since he was laying on the couch wailing about his head hurting( in front , on the forehead). to the point i was getting worried it was worse than a migraine. Peyton doesn't normally get headaches and has never had a migraine but with the sudden onset. and the puking .i was guessing. i loaded him up with some liquid Tylenol and turned out all the lights, and got the other kids away from him, since they are never quiet. and he is resting. after the Tylenol kicked in and a little nap. he said his eye were sensitive to light but was feeling a little better(not wailing at least), and i made him go back to the basement and lay down some more. he has thrown up a few more times.
so is it a migraine? anyone? got any tips?
so we are going into the Dr. at noon. so i am missing out on lunch. i'd rather feel safe than sorry about Peyton. and maybe she can give us something for it in case it happens again.
i love my pediatrician . she rocks.

Top row-Me, leader, leader, Sherida, Hope
thanks Zoie! this is the one whoohoo!
here is the picture i was talking about. HA so fun!
and last Sunday i had the pleasure of seeing Rhonda Cook at church. she sat directly behind me.
admired my herd of children and then got to watch the show while all of them were ridiculous for the whole meeting. i was ready to beat some of them ( i don't really beat them, but sometimes i REALLY want to). she was my young womens adviser for awhile, a few times even and a leader at camp. She had not seen evidence of my adulthood before. and not all lined up in a row, supposedly sitting still. i was horrified that they were wild. oh and i was there alone. with 5 kids! Lance thought he was sick on Sunday and kept Pierce home too.

CUTE camp picture! I'll have to try and find some oldies that I can share!! Great idea!
Hope Peyton is feeling better. Definitely sounds like a migraine. Poor guy!
love your page! How beautiful!
I love my kids pediatrician too! Isn't it the best to find one you love?
it sounds like a migraine, my mom used to get those really bad and there was nothing she could take to make them go away. good luck hope everything is ok.
love this camp picture, too funny:0
hey i know those people! Rhonda C. shirt is awesome. I got migraine sick like that and esp if its his first headache he probably doesn't know how to handle that kind of pain (thus the moaning and belly-aching) But I grew out of them as I got older. Hopefully thats all. Headache, throw-up always always makes me think deadly menigitus (sp?) and gets me worried too.
This is hilarious. And to think, people looked up to us. I love this picture (even though we all look pretty hideous). I actually have the picture of us in the brady bunch pose. It's on my blog. I'll find it for you.
As for Rhonda Cook, She was a sister missionary in my mission ages ago. I met some cook people that she brought to the gospel. They still remembered her & loved her. She's one amazing woman.
