Holy fabulous!

i want these for Valentines day!
How freaking cute is this? Gymboree just sent me an email. and heavenly day! this is cute stuff.
the shoes here
and the dress here

so i am totally not getting them, but i can dream right?
i am far too cheap these days. it would only be for Hope (since it is baby girl size and she is at the top of that range.) but the shoes are $34.50 holy crap! darn fabulous but not what i'm willing to pay. but i will watch for it to clearance. i will never buy anything for regular price at gymboree . unless i have gymbucks but even then i like to maximize my buying potential by getting clearance stuff. and you have to actually shop there to get gymbucks , i haven't been there since last easter. so it isn't like it is happening any time soon. but i still look.

breaking NEWS!

i looked up my insurance coverage for gastric bypass or lap band? MY insurance contracts with a center in Scottsdale, i need to check our plans exact coverage. but i am going to a seminar for it on the 20th. getting the ball rolling. whoohoo! yeah. way fabulous. gonna TRY to get it this year.

i went shopping for a minute tonight. after Lance got home from scouts. fabulous! TJMAXX in Scottsdale love it! ultimate fave relaxing place to shop, not crowded. lots of great stuff not the most popular one! hello loving the Valentines, St. Patty's and Easter stuff! i bought a couple valentine things and some apple bottoms jeans on clearance. i still have to try them on. but they looked cute on the hanger. really excited about my shopping trip. just enough time so look around before it closed but not too long to buy too much. plus the drive out there and back. it's not that bad on the freeway. feeling really good after. good day!

see a little shopping trip redeemed the whole day. easy. do i know myself or do I KNOW MYSELF!?! gosh i am smart.

oh and disclaimer it was noticed that the topper is missing the ever delightful exclamation point and question marks. yeah i forgot them and you can't fix it once you save in PSE right. flatten the image and save and you are done. correct? oh and there is no drop shadow. becuase i am not all that PSE savvy yet. i know i need to practice. and does anyone know why the pink paper is a different shade on the topper? than the template paper? I'm sure i messed it up attempting the drop shadow or the black and white picture part. I'll do it over another day that i have alot of time to dedicate to it. tips? any PSE skills you are willing to share?

I would buy the dress and look for shoes cheaper. But the patent leather is adorable! Or if you sew (I don't remember if you do) make her a v-day dress. This is when I miss not having a girl.

I went shopping yesterday too. I did not score like you did. I love that dress and shoes and I agree never pay full price! My sister has the same PSE as you and I am going to head over to her house and figure hers out so maybe I can help you more after I have sat with hers for a while.

That dress is so cute. I see that the retail therapy worked well. WTG!

I love that dress and would get it for Lily, but I've never paid full price for anything. Good news... I believe it's everywhere, Old Navy is having their extra 50% off clearance sale starting tomorrow. Last year I got all off the kids their winter clothes for this year. $2 p.j.s $4 fleeced lined pants (you don't need those in AZ) but lots of stuff.

Okay, why did you post these? I have not been tempted to spend ridiculous money in a long LONG time!
Even the big girl stuff is ultra sweet!
I am glad that the retail therapy is doing it's job. I am going to have to head over to that TJMaxx sometime soon. And thanks to your reader "The Thomas Family" for the heads up on the sale at Old Navy...I will have to check that out!!

Glad you are feeling better! TJMaxx in Scottsdale sounds awesome! I should give it a shot. I love the shoes. But I don't even spend that much on myself, let alone someone that will go through a growth spurt right after you buy them!

shiny patent leather - my fav. lost shopping for clothes ALONE - what a nice husband you have!

insurance company's bite - had my share of run-ins and what a nightmare. and that was just basic stuff, can't imagine the stress when more complicated procedures are involved. Good Luck!!!

Oh my gosh-I LOVE that dress. And those shoes! I love them. Good luck on the gastric bypass. I don't think you need it though. You look great!

I LOVE Gymboree but will never pay full price either.

I am sorry you are going through all this cancer and testing crap. I will keep you in my prayers.

Oh my goodness, LOVE that dress! My husband thanks you. (not) I love Gymboree, but have been drooling over Gap lately. I even yelled at my kids "we've got to get out of here NOW!" the other day before I spent more money. And that dress on my blog...Target of all places! Woot! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'm loving yours and added it to my favs. I don't have much time to read up on your thyroid cancer at the moment, but I'll be back. My mom had thyroid cancer a few years ago, had it removed and is still dealing w/some issues related to it all. HUGS!

If you are going to do either one do lap band, especially if you might have more children. With lap band you can increased or decrease the size of the band so it's great to gradually make it bigger instead of all the sudden having a stomach the size of a peanut. Good luck!
