Thursday 13- the delights of my day.

in order!

1. send the kids out the door ON TIME! BACK TO SCHOOL! whoohoo!
2. call and cancel the bus and call preschool Hope stayed home today. she had a bench fall on her toe the other day, instantly blackened the nail and broke the skin (explosive) all around the cuticle and can't wear shoes. and screams if it gets stepped on. so she got a bonus day off.
   
3. Ashley stopped by on her way to the park. and surprised me with the funnest gift ever! a bunch of the glittery fuchsia snowflakes from Target! from her and ZB! i have the nicest friends to think of me! THANKS GIRLS I LOVE THEM! you are so sweet!
   
4. I invited myself to go to the park too and let Hope and Pierce play. so fun! to hang out and let the kids do their own thing.
   
5. it happened to be park day with the girls in my ward. and some of them showed up so when Ashley had to leave to take little L to school, i hung out with them, then another friend and a neighbor showed up! i was there from 11-1:30.
6. came home and designed my own mommy cards! hello love them! i really want some!
   and put Pierce down for his nap
7. Took Hope to the DR. she has an ear infection. that is RAD
8. went to sonic for happy hour loving my sonic Dr. pepper and rt. 44 ice water with extra ice! heavenly
9. dropped off the prescription at CVS and then ran in to sign up for the card there.
   
10. came home and blogged a little, then started feeling cruddy, too many late nights and the early morning today caught up. i think my neck is out AND i have a sinus cold coming on. LAME.
    
11. i told Lance i felt yucky and he gave me the go ahead to go to bed and NAP! whoohoo! love the working from home thing. baby naps while i go to Dr. and then i nap while he is in charge and works. fabulous! for me. thanks honey!
    
12. I woke up to dinner cooked and ready. spaghetti tastes so much better when someone else cooks it! thanks HONEY! you are the best!
    
13. and an alone trip to Target! the girls needed socks. they just got new school sneakers(first pair this year. sad, but true, and haven't worn socks all year either.) and got blisters from wearing no socks. so i had to go get some, i also scoured the christmas clearance for any fuchsia ornaments. and bought some lighted garland for next year. whoohoo i love clearance. then i came home to chat with my friends on google chat ! love it!

so that is my super fun filled day. aside from the lame headache sinus action going on. but i felt tons better after the nap. well yeah. and lance made me promise to go to bed earlier. I'll add it to my list. so far my seek thing is seek clearance bargains. I'm almost positive i should reign that in sooner than later. or i will be seeking returns.

but i am feeling super successful about being on time all month so far to school. ONE day is a beginning. I like to make it sound really good. the trick to that? being on time i mean , i had all the clothes laid out for the 4 big school kids , shoes, and backpacks cleaned out and with each pile of clothes. i need to do it every night. and then mornings would be smooth like butta!
