Happy BLOG birthday to me!
it has been ONE fabulous blogging year!
with an insane amount of posts (apparently i have alot to say.)
the grand total? including this one 942!
there are a handful that weren't actually posted but not that many.
and for my blog birthday it's a celebration!
including a prize for one random winner.
but first i should thank Lindsey for starting a blog, and eventually it started me thinking of things
in the shower that i would post about if i had a blog .
and thanks to my friends that came and commented- in the beginning there were only a handful. but they were great and encouraging, and became better real life friends. and i love that. and they make my life richer. and i feel blessed to know them in real life.
you know you need your own blog when you take a picture thinking this would make a great post.
Or when you think about it while doing normal mundane everyday things
ie,laundry, cooking, dishes, driving, showering, sex, shopping, sleeping.
(kidding on the sex one. that has only come up once or twice in a year. just checking to see if you were reading every word)
you know you are a die hard blogger when you talk to someone and have not much to say since they either read it on your blog already,
OR
you have to preface a story with "i blogged this but..."
or you chat with a friend on the phone and they say"did you see so and so's blog?"
and you surf the blogs together while on the phone.
OR
you have a conversation with someone and there are long pauses in the thing they are telling you because they are reading blogs while on the phone with you!
OR
they hear you typing in the background, while you're talking , and think it must be time to get off the phone because you aren't paying attention.
you know it may be out of hand if your kids say...
"DON'T BLOG THIS!"
"You aren't gonna blog that are you?"
"Please mom, don't blog this"
"hey mom put this on your blog"
or " hey mom, i want this on my blog..."
or your husband keeps up on daily family life by reading the blog.
and feels out of the loop if he hasn't kept up for a day or two.
and then there are the comments,
"i took a blogging break for a few days. and i had 10 posts from crazymama!"
or even better
the emails or calls saying "are you OK? you haven't posted in __amount of time."
the best parts of blogging are...
the journaling that i do now - it may not be fabulous but it is real.
the pictures that i take of the family now
even if i don't post them i take them-i never took pictures before.
the old friends i didn't know that well- and now feel pretty close to.
the new blog friends- that come and comment and give fun awards.
the free entertainment- i used to shop all the time for entertainment,
blogging is so much cheaper! Lance loves that.
the positive feedback- hello! who doesn't love to hear the sweet things people say?!
the support system -i never thought existed! online friends are great for offering encouragement, and prayers, from really big scary stuff (cancer) to parenting and life!
the great ideas-from organizing to parenting tips , shopping and crafts! everyone is always sharing something great.
the laughter- seriously i love to laugh and sometimes i am totally cackling out loud all by myself!
the tears-once in a while there is a post that touches me, and i can't help but cry. whether it's frustration about finances, or parenting, or illness. i often find myself crying. its cathartic.
the recognition of blessings in life- the silver linings and looking on the bright side. sometimes it's hard, but it's nice to recognize them no matter how big or small.
the reasons to Celebrate- birthdays, babies, pregnancies, new jobs, graduation, holidays, firsts (for babies and at school) awards, great writing, good ideas and friendships! we even celebrate a really good deal. the love of a bargain should be celebrated!
the creativity- hello blog toppers, templates, color codes, things to post about, fun games, and tags, list making and story telling.
the MAD SKILLZ- hello since i've been blogging i have gained so many computer skills. i didn't know how to copy and paste,or "save as" to pirate pictures, or , or do a hyper link, or make an attachment, post a picture or video, i didn't know how to download anything, or extract files, i was not youtube savvy, i couldn't type(hunt and peck style only) , Html? yeah no clue before. and now people ask me how to do things on the blogs. i feel so much smarter now, and have tons of useful skills. sure i don't know everything but i feel great about what i do know now.
the eye opening information- i was so sheltered in my perfect winter weather AZ for all my life, i had no clue before this winter what weather was like anywhere else. i still don't know what it's like to actually live there, but i now have an idea weather and seasons actually exist elsewhere and i'm now 150% sure I'll never live anywhere else. BRRRRRRRR.
that was the most obvious thing to me, that i had no clue about. but also I've learned about momo twins, other cancers, diabetes, Kawasaki disease, genetic diseases, birth defects , adoption, politics and home schooling.
i love to know about new things. and i like to share what i know.
i know about ADHD,postpartum depression, childbirth, ear tubes ,tonsils, and adenoids,
down syndrome, unemployment, bargain shopping, being poor, hardware, and other assorted random crap.
and your blog gift to me would be to come outta the closet, if you lurk here today is the day to come out. leave me a comment. but only nice ones are welcome!
now for a party game!
angie at seven clown circus did this one. and it was so fun to read through her comments.
the rules:(shamelessly copied directly off her blog)
Here's how it works. I'll start off with a question or phrase. The first person to comment answers that question or finishes the phrase and then poses their own question or phrase. Then, the next commenter answers that question or phrase and then leaves one of their own. And it progresses from there.
and you can post and answer more than one time to up your chances of being the random winner Of a ten dollar gift card to SONIC! (or if you don't have sonic,it will be something by you)
here is my starter question.

I love blogging for all those reasons, too. And I'm glad you and Lindsey got me going.

Favorite word (to see): on sale
Cuss word: sh!t
Exclamation: holy!
Although I try really hard to not cuss. If my kids hear any of us cussing, the rule is we have to pay them a dollar. I think we owe them $500 now...
Here's my question: What song most reminds you of high school?
What song most reminds you of high school?
Hands down-Super Freak by Rick James
My question...
If you could go on a dream vacation with just ONE person, where would you go and who with??
Just wanted to say Thank you!! Thank you!! You helped our family have a fabulous time for spring break. I took you up on the drive in movie for Tuesday. We had an absolute blast!! It was the first time my children were ever at a drive in. Thank you for sharing.
Congrats on a year! I wanna piece of that cake!
Dream vacation, Italy with the hubs!
If you could be an animal which can would you be?
I think I'd want to be a kangaroo! But I'd need two pouches ... one for my 6 month old and one for my 16 month old. And then I could bounce around & take care of children, household items, etc with great enthusiasm!
Great fun! Thanks for all your help & support, Julie!
Let's see ... well, since Julie has 6 kids and that's a lot by the world's standards, how many kids would you have if money, infertility, age, etc weren't a factor? And why?
Thanks for getting me started blogging! I love it and need it.
I'd be a cat! I love to lay in the sun, be lazy, and be petted (not dirty!).
If you eat all the marshmallos out of the Marshmallo Mateys, What's left?
Oops, Tiffany and I answered at the same time. So I'll answer hers - I'd have a dozen if I could.
All that's left are Mateys, right? That's why they supplement the marshmallows with the vitamins.
Happy B-day, BLOG!!! Hooray for free entertainment and a sense of community!
What is your favorite smell?
Love that cake!! Your posts always crack me up and it's fun to run into someone and know something about them. That's one big thing I love about blogging. And seeing blog friends husbands and thinking, "I wonder if they know all the things I know about them..." :)
Let's see, without the marshmallows, the marshmallow mateys aren't worth much, and no one at my house would eat them.
If you could have a maid, how often would you want her to come and what chore would you NOT want her to do?
Whoops! Posted at same time as piper. I'll answer hers--
Favorite smell is rain, clean laundry, and baby.
Happy Blog Birthday CrazyMama! Congrats on one year of blogging.
If I had a maid I'd want her to clean EVERYTHING, except my bedroom. That would be off limits. I'd have her come twice a week, at least. Oh, I would so love a maid!
My question, How many kids did you and hubby (or just you if single) say you wanted when you first got marrie and how many do you have now?
How many kids did you and hubby (or just you if single) say you wanted when you first got marrie and how many do you have now?
We said 6 and we now have 5...I am not so sure about that 6th one...If I was garanteed a girll I would do it now..
My Question is...If you could live anywhere in the world..where would it be?
Happy Blogging Birthday..Thats so exciting..and awsome!!
I wanted 4 kids, he wanted 3. We have two. That is all I could handle! With bed rest and miscarriages that is.
Happy Birthday! Love love love your blog, can't get through my day without it. I check in several times a day.
?What annoying thing do you do to your kids that your parents used to do to you that you swore you would never do?
I also blogged at the same time...if I could live anywhere? Southern Italy. Look to above comment for ?
Happy Blog Birthday:) Love the cake! I wish you a another year of blogging!
When my husband and I got married we wanted 6 kids. Both of us come from large families and 6 did not seem like to many. Now we are truely blessed to have Three wonderful kids.
If you could trade places with someone for one day who would it be?
Happy Blog Birthday!! How fun. I love your blog-it's full of entertainment, advice, info., and comedy. I love reading what you have to say everyday-it puts a smile on my face!!!!
Ooops! I answerd at the same time as jennifer!
The most annyoing thing that I do to my kids are telling them that there are starving kids in the world that would be grateful for their food that they wont eat!
If I could trade places with anyone for one day, who would it be?
I have no clue... Someone that's rich and doesn't have kids. And hopefully I could bring home everything I'd go shopping for! :)
I you could be live in any type, style, kind of home what kind would it be? bungalo, country etc...?
I think I would want to live in a Loft in Manhattan. Total opposite of my life here...
But I would want unlimited funds to decorate!!!
What is your most favorite thing about CrazyMama's blog??
Hope I win!!
I'm so glad I found your blog! I also was touched by all the reasons you love blogging. Many of those (all of them really) are reasons why I enjoy blogging too. I love that we can connect, educate and support one another. I also was touched that you mentioned MOMO twins as something you learned about. I love that you know about something that affected me so deeply.
If I could have any home I wanted. I like living near the city, the beach, and I would have a home show quality home. Laundry room that was amazing, etc... I would need a maid though for sure!
Opps I forgot a question. I also posted the same time as someone else. I love that crazymama is real. She tells it like it is.
What is the most important thing to teach your kids?
of course your cake matches your blog...why wouldn't it?!?
Happy blog birthday!!woo hoo **CONFETTI**(it's ok we will make someone else clean it up)
what is your favorite word to use?
AWESOME
cuss word?
POOP
exclamation?
when happy YAY!! or sad? BOOO!
if you were granted 3 wishes that you had to use for ANY of your bloggy friends what would they be and why?
oh and i was TOTALLY paying attention when the SEX thing popped up...no pun intended..tee hee!
OH and Jordan tells me ANY time something silly, cool, funny, or random comes up "you should totally blog about this" and most times i TOTALLY do!!
oops i forgot to answer Laura's question..duh!!
What is the most important thing to teach your kids?
that her Father in Heaven loves her, that humor will see her through most things in life and that i will always be her mom, no matter what she can come to me for anything. OH and that she is the most precious gift i have ever been blessed to receive.
HAPPY BLOG BIRTHDAY! Love reading it and how you type like you talk. No secrets with you! :)
The most important thing I could teach my kids is to be true to who you are. No need to change who you are for others.
In honor of CrazyMama's blog birthday - where is your favorite place to shop?
Oops! Someone else beat me -
So . . .if you were granted 3 wishes that you had to use for ANY of your bloggy friends what would they be and why?
1 - Loads of time to blog!
2 - Great things to blog about!
3 - FAST internet connection!
My question is above!
Happy BLOGGING Birthday! TOO Exciting!! Loved this post, and the cake at the top as well! I find myself taking tons more pictures now also and connecting with people who live too far away to do so otherwise.
SUPER FUN reading these comments too! I would come to a question and be like, "Man I hope that's the one I get to answer!" Then nope...someone else already did!
My favorite place to shop would have to be The Children's Place, for my kids. I am probably most often at Walmart though...sometimes more than once in a day!!
Now to come up with a question of my own....
How many times a day do you sit down and go through your blogroll to see if anyone has posted something new to read about?
I sit down to check usually two or three times here and there. ANd I can always count on Crazy mama to blog one or two times. She's awesome! Happy Blog birthday and I read every word (wink wink).
And my question... Under what circumstances have you ever been blogging and thought--- I should be doing something else other than sitting here BLOGGING!? Or when have you neglected life... to blog?
Amen to it all sister! (and shame to say I have thought about blogging during sex) Blogging is fun and it does get you thinking of things you wouldn't write about before. I have learned a lot of new things too so far. (about others and computer stuff). Also funny to think of our blogs as a way for the hubby to know whats going on at home, I think it's a little true!!
I was trying to blog last night while the kids where in the shower and thought...I should go see if he is ready to get out!! and dishes can always wait.
Gosh, now a question. What do you like to do with your free time other than blog?
Happy Blog Birthday!
And to answer the question:
And my question... Under what circumstances have you ever been blogging and thought--- I should be doing something else other than sitting here BLOGGING!? Or when have you neglected life... to blog?
Every day I think I should be doing something other than blogging. But as a SAHM it is part of my social life and entertainment!
My question is:
What was your best birthday ever?
Gosh! Two questions for one? I thought I'd check back and there are 2 - so....
#1 - What do you like to do with your free time other than blog?
Read a good book! Seems I prefer to blog than read these days. Although I am reading when I blog- right?
#2 - What was your best birthday ever? Gosh . . probably the one that was right after baby #4. I was done with kids, done with deliveries and hubby spoiled me rotten! :)
New question - What's your favorite time of year; include where you live and why?
My favorite time of year is winter because I live in Arizona and the weather is so great. Spring is good also, but I know summer is around the corner so it's harder to enjoy it.
Is money and kids weren't a factor, what would be your dream car?
Hmmmm.... I think it would still be an SUV. When you go out with girlfriends, it's much more fun to ride together! And then you'll still have room for your bags when you shop or travel too!
How many times have you ck'd CrazyMama's blog today?
Happy Birthday Blog!
I am totally thankful I met you, my tall twin from another mother.
You Rock!
what is your favorite word to use?
cuss word? Sh!t or F**k
exclamation? cool
when happy or sad? Sh!t
I LOVE Julie's blog!! Sometimes I check several times a day, but today this is my first time!
HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY BLOG!!!
Because of Julie, I started my own blog. So who influenced you in starting a blog??
Yet again, it was Julie who influenced me to blog. She is the start of many addictions! HA!! Love ya Julie!!
If I could meet Julie (aka CrazyMama) anywhere, to do anything, it would be . . .
I'm a lurker - never thought I'd come out of the closet :P
Hmm.. If I could meet you anywhere, to do anything it would be in Florida to swim with Dolphins. Mostly 'cause my husband isn't making it happen all too quickly.
What is the craziest thing you've ever seen on a blog?
Ok, I am going again...
The craziest thing I have ever seen is that baby who laughs over that ripped paper..totally funny.
My question is...Who do you think is going to win american idol this year?
I've noticed your blog name many times, but today is my first time checking in. That amazing cake completely drew me in!
K, I cannot believe Carly was in the bottom three last night, cause she's gonna go all the way!
Oh yea, my question....
hoping no one already asked this, cause I didn't read all of them.....
Where has been your favorite city to live and why?
I am so glad you started blogging! You are one of my favorite blogs to read!
My favorite word? sh!t (is that bad)
Well since there is only 2 cities that I have ever lived in..i am gonna go with both cause there aren't a whole lotta different things in either one ;)
My question... If you could go back to high school would you and why?
Go back to high school? Are you crazy? Just kidding. It was actually not too bad and I would love to go back and see people in their true form! Not the fake "adults" who think they have to prove something to me.
What's your LEAST favorite chore?
this is the funnest game ever! and i am snatching the question -If you could go back to high school would you and why?
i'd totally go back! if i could take the knowledge i have now back with me. i'd love to go back, pick better/different friends, enjoy myself while i was still hot and thin. and have a ton of fun. and work it with the guys!
my question?
what is your favorite thing to read about or see on a blog?
dang jenn answered!
um my least fave chore? doing the dishes. see my other comment for your question! just kidding i'll copy and paste it.
my question?
what is your favorite thing to read about or see on a blog?
love the birthday cake - want a slice. Good to read your blog again after a break. My fav cuss is dammit-to-hell, you have to say it as one word. But after this trip, its now Merde! which means crap or shit if you prefer.
Jules-
I love to read funny things, and inspirational. Also things that make me cry.
Here's my next question: Do you ever lie on your blog to make your life seem funnier or better than it really is?
totally never lie. sadly it is all real sometimes i omit embarrassing stuff, or some stuff i don't want the world to know but never lie.
?
does size matter?
I just wanted to be your 50th comment...
It's not the size of the boat, it's the motion of the ocean ;-)
What's your favorite Easter candy?
Happy Birthday!
Favorite word, "Dude!"
Cuss word- "Son-oooooooooooof-aaaaa-BITCH" (proper emphasis on the correct syllables is ESSENTIAL!
"Ohhhhh man!" Works for happy or sad
Happy blog birthday!!!
Favorite word, no clue, Jeff says I say "so" alot. cuss word: Not a cuss word, but I say cRAp alot in place of cussing.
Happy Blog Brithday!!!
Thanks for always making me laugh :)
Oh forgot to answer the question: Favorite easter candy, I always love the Russel Stovers Marshmellow chocolate stuff, or the Robin's Eggs, Whopper kind.
Oh gotta ask a question right (can you tell I am trying to get as many comments as I can possibly get?)
Favorite song (current and of all time)?
I am really not a big music person...the first one that comes to mind was my favorite a while back...SHERYL CROW - THE FIRST CUT IS THE DEEPEST.
New Question: Would you prefer to live close or as far away from extended family as you can?
hey there, girl! happy blog birthday! LOL You're too cute. Oh when you were talking about being poor, was that about me??LOL
Favorite Word: fo sho
Cuss word: (dont tell i say it when i get scared) SH*T
Exclamation: WHATEVER...
Fun post!
Happy Bloggy Birthday!
I've got lots of fave words...lately I love saying "Tartar Sauce!" Its from Spongebob Squarepants and my son says it all the time and it totally cracks me up. Its better than when he was saying "shit" all the time, that's for sure. He's only 3 for pete's sake.
Would I like to live close or far away from extended family? Hmmmm. My MIL lives upstairs and she's pretty cool even though she doesn't watch my kids as much as you'd think she would. But sometimes I feel like I'm being watched, so living upstairs is definitely too close. My SIL lives a mile away, my mom, an hour, my dad, an hour and a half, my brother, an hour, my other brother, a half hour. My grandpa, an hour. Even though they're all pretty close we don't see eachother that much, so I like that we live where we do! I just wish it were warmer! The only one who lives really far is my older brother...he lives 4 hours away.
My question is:
What are your favorite shoes to wear in the summer? Flip flops, nice sandals, or gym shoes??
I like flip flops.
Thanks for reminding me about the birthday blog. I need reminders from time to time. Happy Birthday to you. Gotta love that you thru SEX in there...Yes, I was reading every word.
Okay, the question:
Flip flops...they are the cheapest!
What's your favorite Thrifty icecream (or any icecream if you have no idea what Thrify is)?
Happy Birthday Blog! You are always so great at commenting and always saying sweet things.
my favorite thrifty icecream is chocolate malted crunch. but i do enjoy breyers rocky road and mint chocolate chip
new question?
was your first kiss a good one?
My first kiss was no good...it give me the heebeejeebees everytime I think about it!!
Next Question...Where did you go on your honeymoon or for you single ones...where would you like to go?
Hawaii.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to one of the funniest bloggers around! You were one of my very first blog friends AND I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm telling on you to Lance that you think about blogging during sex. Here's what I want to know: are you thinking "Oh, I'm so going to blog this good sex" or is your mind wandering to another topic for a post? heehee
And if your answer is the first option, I WANT TO SEE THAT LABEL!!!!
Here's my question: What's your phobia?
ok because i did not do this right the first..or second time i am here for the THIRD time and i am hoping i will get this posted BEFORE someone else beats me to it. SHEEEeeeesh i am a mess!
What's your phobia?
bloggy phobia...making a post and getting no comment love, i swear its like crack for me!! gotta have a comment on a post. seriously...it hurts my feelings.
ok
real life phobia...i don't really have one. there are things i fear...like failure, being alone, germs, ...but it doe not stop me from taking chances.
ok i am boring...next.
my question
if you were granted 3 wishes that you had to use for ANY of your bloggy friends what would they be and why?
my 3 wishes for all my blog friends?
1. enough money for everyone so none of us have to worry about it.
2. all the fertility that anyone could want. or sterility whichever place you are in. your dreams fulfilled essentially.
3.a dream body for everyone that wants one.
what is your fave color? and why?
Red! Because I look good in it and it's bright and beautiful!
What do you want to be when you grow up?
What do you want to be when you grow up?
when i grow up i want to be a mom of atleast 4 kids. that would be RAD! it's been the same dream my whole life....it WILL happen!
where is your favorite vacation destination and why??
My Favorite Vacation spot is Rocky Point..or anywhere on the beach is cool with me..
Next? If you had a $1000 to spend on clothing for yourself, and you could only spend it at one store... where would it be?
ok i'd spend it all at the fat lady store aka Lane Bryant!
and I'd actually by something other than jeans. like something out of the ordinary for me like career apparel. which i am totally drawn to. but have no real need for.
where is the strangest place ...? you finish it and answer!
i was thinking - where is the strangest place you have vomited? what did you think? now answer both! hahahahaha!
the strangest place...in a car

new question...
would you rather sleep all day or read all day?
would you rather sleep all day or read all day?
READ ALL DAY!! but i could use a nap. sooo it is ALMOST a toss up!!
psssst Julie i would seriously drop all that cheddah (1K) and LB too...cuz i know i can wear their clothes and they do vanity sizing...so i am a petite 14 there...woo hoo!
question:
would you eat a bowl of live crickets for $50,000? how about $100?
Man Joobs! It looks like you hit the 45000 mark today too! You should go through and see who it was and send another prize! That would be RAD!
I might eat a chocolate covered crispy fried one for $100.
What's the stupidest thing that you still have lingering guilt over?
dang! this has to be some kind of commenting record here!
Julie, this is awesome! Look at all of these comments! Happy birthday to your blog. Its a GREAT one!
The stupidest thing that I still have guilt over is running into an old high school aquaintance and assuming she was pregnant. She wasn't. Yes I was that person. She had put on some weight and was wearing what looked like a maternity shirt. Lets just say that I learned my lesson and now I never say a word unless the pg woman confirms that she is expecting...even if she is 9 months!
What is you favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is spending a week at my Grandma's house ALONE!
This question is for Julie: Do you feel bad when lurkers don't comment on your blog?
Seriously I don't know if I should be offended. I know they are looking (because the do the same games and link to me, but no comments). I just want to know if I am off the wall and shouldn't be upset. I still like making comments on their blog. Should I stop?
CrazyMama: Strangest place for, you know, under a rock over hang in Bryce Canyon in the middle of the day (ask me about that later). Strangest place where I've puked? In my mother in law's car. Ew. That was fun.
Andrea: I'm going to answer your question to keep the streak going. I wouldn't feel too bad about it. If you want to bring out the lurkers, have a contest...Julie and I both know how THAT works...:)
My question for the next person? Do you remember a specific fashion WOOPS in your past (I have several. Pegged pants and electric blue mascara come to mind...)
Oh and my favorite cuss word is most definately bitchin'.
Happy Birthday Blog! What an accomplishment...really! You have one of the funniest and most entertaining blogs I read...I never know what's coming next. Hope you are having a fun spring break with your family!
As for the above question....I'll answer it and them leave it for Julie to answer as well...I love it when new people/lurkers comment on mine, because then I can finally see who it is that's been coming around! Not that I have many, but I'm betting Julie has a lot! It's fun to "meet" new people, and I think less pressure than IRL! I'm glad the above Andrea comments on mine!
to answer a few.
Andrea J. i emailed you , but short answer. yeah it kinda bugs me. but if you like commenting on others blogs, keep it up everyone likes a comment. and HONESTLY i believe commenting is or should be reciprocal. there i said it but since i believe that. you are almost guaranteed a comment from me if you leave me one. same with emails.
Cecilyfashion faux pas? wearing floods forever! i'm just too tall, and jeans are always too short. that and maybe camel toe in highschool. that isn't cute ever. that was before my heavy use of guys jeans.
stupidest thing i have guilt over? never sending out thank you cards to all the important people for my wedding. and also never sending them from my first baby shower. the guilt from that has made me way better about it.
JUlie! I love your blog it's always very fun& entertaining! I love how you will slip in Sex just to keep us on our toes! I don't have a question to answer.
Here is my question
If you could be a super hero who would you be?
Thanks for all the answers to my question. I love you guys!! I appreciate the advice.
I liked the last question so I'm going to answer.
If I could be a super hero I would be Elastagirl. I love her personality and it would be nice to be able to streeeetch!! I could multi task way more.
I guess I get to post a new question. Coke? or Pepsi?
P.S. this has been a way fun game.
Happy Blog Birthday! I am sooooo super glad I have gotten to know you through blogging! Thanks for you friendship and support! I didn't read all 80 comments...but my question???? How on earth do you manage life with 6 kids???? I'm freaking here! Love ya and again, happy birthday!!!!
Jen- how do i manage life with six kids. i have a fabulous helpful husband i couldn't do it without. there is medication for the insanity, and and learn to live in chaos! seriously. and I've learned to let the unimportant stuff go. spotless house is never gonna happen unless i get a live in maid to follow this kids around. i let it go so I'm not a screaming Meany every minute. AND i love to sit and hang out with my kids. they are only small once.
crap! i forgot to ask a question.again. sorry brooke!
UM-
have you ever picked your nose while driving?
Um, yes. I am always picking my nose while I drive. Heck, I pick my nose all the time! :-)
Do you pee in the shower? How 'bout the pool?
When's this contest thingy over?
Ok, I feel as if I was meant to answer this question...First of all let me just say I have a small bladder...so yes I have and do ocasionally pee in the shower and well the pool umm isnt that what all the chlorine is for? LOL now nobody is going to swim with me..
My next question is..when you pick your nose in the car..what do you do with the boogers..?
well if they gotta come out and i am in the car, the gotta go out the window for sure...
new question:
if you could be a celebrity who would you be?
if you could be a celebrity who would you be?
myself, with Oprahs money and mind.
wow y'all are a bunch of nose picking, pool pee-ers...cool!
i would still let you swim in my pool Leslie..pee happens, YES that is exactly what the chlorine is for!
Q?
if there were no comments would you still blog?
If I could be a celebrity who would I be? hmmm.... I'm not sure. I LOVE Jennifer Garner, & I'd LOVE to look like her. So, probably her. But I don't like Ben Affleck, so maybe not... Oh, what the hell I'll say Jennifer Garner!
My question is-
Who is the person in your life you admire most?
Crap I answered the same time, sorry!
NO, I probably wouldn't blog. At least not as much. It's so much more fun & you connect more when you interact with the comments.
Same question as above:
Who is the person in your life you admire most?
um. is it bad to say i don't really admire anyone? there are people i admire their style and good taste, or talents, or outgoing personality, or you know any other cool thing.
i guess i admire my mom. and her making the best of an unhappy marriage for far too long. i admire a freind for her soft spoken voice. and another friend for her stand up for herself attitude.
i admire certain blogs for sure. for the fabulous writing style or millions of comments.
yeah.
SO this contest is officially over at 91. i am drawing a number that correlates to a comment.
thanks for playing and celebrating with me. this was super fun to read.
and i may go back and answer some of the questions. for fun later.
