Happy Easter!

The bows got done around 2 am. i even made an extra.

the picture attempts were lacking.

Pierce felt compelled to lay down for them and
the kids thought they had to line up in age order
and we couldn't find Hope's new white shoes . until JUST before they left for church.
Pierce taking his place as leader of the pack.
The Girls. Liberty(8) , Joy (5) and Hope(3)

and after church, we tried again. and yeah. NOT FABULOUS.

Joy's eyes get itchy when she stands in this area. both times today. she must be allergic to something. the Citrus blossoms smell fabulous right here, but maybe they bother her.
or the rose bush or something. she kept rubbing her eyes and when she comes inside she's fine again. ~~Basket time~~

Hope got the pink pig
Peyton got the leopard
Joy got the white poodle and Liberty got the black and white cat
Paxton got a cocker spaniel.

and Pierce got a blue hippo

when they were done finding them, they had these boxes i got for their loot. i took the buckets and the paper crinkles. so we will have NO MESS! plus then if they put it away, no one can steal their stuff.

Hope your Easter morning went smoothly!

it's time for a nap!

Oh and i wore a black and white dress i had purchased and forgotten about. it wasn't quite the look i was going for but it coordinated with the color scheme. i guess that is good enough.

I love the girls dresses! And the bows are darling! That picture with Pierce laying down is priceless. It looks like he is unconcious. Do you have 8:00 church? How on earth can you get it all done in the morning? Happy Easter!

Super cute bows Julie! I had no idea when I ran into at the ribbons and lace store that you would make such unique bows for each of your kids. I was in and out of there. 1 type of ribbon for all three girls and two little flowers for the baby. You've said before that you favor black clothes for your kids(they do look cute in black) so you will be able to use those fancy bows often I am sure. Where is the picture of you with your kids?

Way to go on the 2am deal. Totally worth it, if you ask me.
LOVE the idea for the boxes. Where did you get those? My kids need those. I have their crap in gift bags right now...

Love the bows and the matching kiddos. What a smart idea to get the boxes for the kids and no mess. Lily has been eating fake grass all day and I don't know where it's coming from. It just keeps appearing! YUCK!

My favorite part of the photos: Pierce chillin' on the grass.

Your family looks adorable--as expected. :) I love that Pierce's bottle matched the color scheme.

I will definitely swipe the transfer-loot-to-plastic bin-with-lid idea next year!!!!!! You've seriously got it together to create organization & mess avoidance like THAT. I envy such organizational skillzzzz!!!

Love ya & Happy Easter!

Love the box idea. I just make the kids, like Halloween, put whatever is leftover tomorrow (which may not be much) in a big bowl and it's fair game for all after 24 hours. I know - mean Mom! But they deal and all's well here.
Love the dresses! CUTE!

Gorgeous! And I salute you for making hairbows. I can barely get sufficiently organized to brush my girls' hair, let alone put bows in it, let ALONE buy anything to put in it, let ALONE ALONE make something.

I looked at the first picture for a minute, thinking, "Wait -- aren't there six?" Then I noticed Pierce on the ground. Haha! Precious!

Happy Easter to you and yours!

Oh how handsome your children are. You really have such nice looking children, Julie. CUTE, CUTE, CUTE. And the bows. Adorable. I especially liked the bottom two.

Ok so the pictures aren't perfect. But they are darn CUTE!! You can see their personalities! My pictures NEVER come out 'perfect' or the way I am expecting them to. Especially when some of the kids give me a weird posed smile that's almost creepy! But they get sick of taking pictures, so I have to take what I can get. I need to post my pics too.

LOVE their outfits!! And way cute idea with the boxes for their candy crap. LOL :)
