The Pine wood derby was last night.
dying to know how the red swingline stapler raced? it started off strong but in the race offs, there were some faster cars. and we came in 4th ( which we deduced since the kid he raced off with won 3rd) . he won the first 10 races. and then against the fastest cars, we bombed. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR US! (there were even some tears)

and on my kitchen table. WHOOHOO! and here you can see my dirty little girl and the drywall dust all over. FABULOUS! and looking again there is trash under the table. CLASSY. i tell you. by my purse hanger totally works. YEE HAW! makes me think we need to go out tonight so i can use it at the restaurant, and the movies! girls night anyone?and i'll do a better review after i use it in public. since those will be better pictures. but yeah it holds my bag. you can't wait for the contest can you?
still formulating the rules which I'm thinking will involve a link back and a post by you. so think about it. but it will be low key no need to stress about it everyone will want to enter. YAY! it's not like you have to craft anything and mail it to 3 people. this is a post , a link and a chance at the wonder of the purse pal.

that arch i was worried they would leave is officially GONE! fixtures are hanging randomly but I'll take what i can get right now.
We have a DOOR! on the room that had no door! WHOOHOO! HALLELUJAH!
and today we went to the ZOO with Alicia and her boys and then to Barros. super fun.

You may not have been the fastest, but you were sure the best looking. I LOVE the pine wood derby car. You could sell it on ebay and make a pile of cash. but hey, 4th isn't bad! Love the hook! love your purse! too cute.
Your car looked even more awesome in person! I loved it. It was definitely the most creative! I felt bad for the little boy who came in last. He went home crying and wouldn't even take his car with him! So hard for these guys.

Whoo-hoo! I was worried they were leaving the arch, too. Looks super fabulous without it there. And a door - Yay! And 4th place is pretty dang good!
He did pretty good at the pinewood derby! Our ward's was very low-key, just to have a good time, which everyone did! Ahhh doggie footprints in the cement. Was Lance upset? Ben would've been mad. LOVE the purse pal!! AWESOME!!! That came fast! :)
