saturday summary

WHOOHOO, the dining room is almost done, it is painted, and tiled, all it lacks is grout, and baseboards. and we'll have a place for the table again. CAN'T WAIT.

Basketball, went well. the girls were at my mother in laws for a girls sleepover. so it was me and my boys again, while Lance worked with Tony.

we were a little late since i cleaned the bathroom before i left for the 9 am game. and had to get 3 people ready and out the door. BUT WE made it relatively on time. whoohoo on that.
Paxton's team played, then we had an hour break and then Peyton's game. SO we went home, i put Pierce down for his nap and Paxton opted to stay home and chill. FINE BY ME!
Poor Peyton was wiped out after the second game, they played 2 hours straight, with no rest, since only 5 kids showed up today. at the end they borrowed a couple players from the opposing team, so their kids could play more, and ours could rest. Peyton made two awesome baskets.

after that. we came home, and i stayed out of the way. the kids played out front, and watched TV and played computer, and I stood around, and kept track of everyone, and kept people out of the way.

i found my wood i needed out in Ahwatukee. and drove out there with my sista last night. they had 11 in stock! enough for me to get the rest that i needed and all of hers. FABULOUS!

i'm kinda hating this enrichment craft group idea. it's way more fun to just go than to be in charge.

Lance is dying(aching and stiff and whiny), his back is killing him, he has gone soft. poor computer nerd can no longer hack the job that he did for 15 years before this. doing tile, and construction. HA! he's weak. which ruins my evening, since he is then not available for anything but sitting in the chair , not moving, and playing sudoku on his blackberry. fabulous evening for sure. BUT THE DINING ROOM IS FABULOUS!

i need to refinish my kitchen table. i can't decide what i want though. i always lean towards white. or pink. or even red. BUT then it shows stuff , or i'm stuck with a color scheme.
right now it's a creamy buttermilk color, and wood. with oak benches. it's time for a change though, and i'm SOOOOOOOOO ready to do it. maybe next week. i'll get on that.

that's all the fun around here. i cleared 118 posts out of my reader, i read almost all of them, but didn't comment on many. i'm being a lazy blogger tonight, and i wanted to read more than comment. i know! LAME! but i'm tired, it was a long day, AND the damn word verification isn't working out so well for me. i really should get that so i don't get all the spam comments from loser spam commenter's that give you viruses, BUT i hate it so much I'm sparing you. and really i think i'll do a 2 try rule, if i try to comment and have to try the damn word verification thing more than 2 tries. S.O.L. no comment from me that day. harsh? maybe , but i have limited time. and some times it isn't worth the time spent to comment, WOW SUPER CUTE! or WHOOHOO! even if that is really called for, and i totally mean it. it's not worth more than 2 tries. consider yourself informed. it doesn't mean i don't like you as a blogger, it just means i am overwhelmed with everything in life and it isn't worth the energy expended at that moment.
