Peyton has a broken arm. a rough game of basketball at school the other day. it happened wednesday? maybe THURSDAY. and he hasn't been moving it much, or using it normally. he's been extra tough about it though since he doesn't like to go to the DR. so he's been hiding how much it hurts. or how much he can't really use it. We are rad. LANCE took him into urgent care today. so next week we'll be getting a cast next week just in time for summer yay!
poor kid.
i guess now i can be glad we didn't sign up for boredom busters, and why bother signing up for basketball camp now too.
in other news , the basement got remarkably clean last night. that is a step in the right direction, now just to keep it clean. Lance and i and the big boys worked on it, rearranged furniture. and what not. i need to work on it more, and finally unpack the boxes down there. that should be rad.
we're gonna go to grandma's pool now. to splash around a little before it's out of the question.
Oh and the break is at the same place he broke his arm before. just above the growth plate he had it broken when he was almost 3 i think. my memory is so bad now. just another thing i thought for sure i'd always remember.
they got their trophy's basketball is over for the season. whoohoo for that.
AND EXTRA BONUS? my cell phone crapped out. FOR REAL THIS TIME! GONE! GARBAGE!

Poor guy! My kids wanted to go swim at Grandma's today too, but I wasn't up for it.
Bright side? You get a free ride out of basketball camp. RIght???? Bummer about the arm, no fun. My phone is about to die too, I am just waiting....
♡ I'm so sorry he got hurt! OUCH!!! I hope he recovers quickly! Yay on the organizing stuff and dang on the phone! Mine is ready anytime I've had way longer than I should! I'm in outfield on the technology part with this phone! :)

Woohoo for B-ball being over!!! we only have one more week of t-ball and I can't wait! It seems like we've been at it forever! So sad about his arm....poor guy...but holy cow what a trooper to last that long without even knowing it was broken! What a man! Hope he gets feeling better soon!
When it rains it pours?! Holy cow....you deserve a break. I hope you get one. Ditch church tomorrow if you need to. Send the kids with their dad and do what you want for 3 hours. Nap...read...whatever!
So sorry about the broken arm, and broken cell phone. Hang in there...Monday is coming...then the whole MD stuff will be over.

Oh man! Poor kid I can't belive how tough he is. He needs a Tuff Kid award for sure.
Bummer you can't remember the break from before. But it happens to us all. I can't even remember if my kids had breakfast most days. LOL

we swam last weekend for the first time of the season...it was HOT outside but the pool was coooold!

Sorry to hear about his arm. Nathaniel sometimes hides his injuries trying to be tough & doesn't want to get in trouble for what he was doing when he got hurt. ha ha
