anniversary/birthday combo weekend.
last night we "celebrated" our anniversary/my birthday. do you like combining gift giving/date holidays? me not so much, but it is what it is. so we ended up combining.
So Last night Lance's mom kept our kids, all 6! heavenly day. our anniversary was on the 19th of April. my Birthday is May 25th. i'm almost 31.
we went out to dinner with my fave brother and Alicia, and had Dinner at Cheesecake Factory.
where i received a gift(thanks guys), and ate dessert 1st. AND finished off with a tiny sundae. delightful.
we went to their house and played Wii fit. and seriously it's pretty fun, and interesting. it weighs you, does your BMI and makes your Mii fat if you are in fact fat. and gives tons of good tips. funnier still it kept reminding everyone my birthday was coming up(tomorrow), which i thought was fun. hula hooping is not that easy on this sucker. and the put the ball in the hole? NOT THAT EASY. but totally fun! they have Wii ski too, which was funny. i got to ski, everyone that had before kept saying they now wanted to. I've never been skiing before and think i could go without. funny.
we came home, hung out, slept. and whatnot
and. this morning? we slept in, and finally were up and about around noon.
we went to lunch, and then went for Pedicures. Lance thought it was OK, and a waste of money. but my toes are darn FABULOUS! So i thought it was FANTASTIC!
i love love the Argyle, in my signature colors.
and while i was taking pictures of my Flintstone feet, here is my fab tan. SICK huh? i always get a tan line on my feet , this year is especially not cute.
we got done just in time to go pick up the kids. pick up McDonald's on the way home. and hang out.
and i finished my packet for handing out tomorrow. it's huge. of the summer fun ideas. Delightful.
and here is my FABULOUS burn. i got it on the broiler element Friday, while stupidly flipping over a tortilla, and being too lazy to pull out the rack. GENIUS! and it hurt like the devil. instantly turning brown, COOKED IT. and it's cracked in a few spots. it didn't blister. and i think i got a few layers fried here. it's FABULOUS. bonus though was i burned it so bad it doesn't really hurt now. it should scar nicely too.

First of all, Happy Birthday! It is so nice to get a break from the kiddos overnight. Relaxing. LOVE the toes! Hey, my friends used to tease me about having Flintstone feet in High School and I have never seen/heard anyone else being called that! My feet are short and wide. Square. I think they are way worse then yours. ANd they are so small(short?) my 11 yr. old can already wear all of my shoes.It surprised me to read you calling yourself that too! I am not alone!;)

Love your toes. I have have Flintstone feet too, but in our family we call them troll feet because they are stubby AND chubby.

You and my sister have the same flinstone feet. I have always sort of envied her. I think they are cute. Mine are way uglier!!! I love the toes by the way. The only thing cuter than argyle in my opinion is Plaid. Polka dots come in third.
