so new blog look. pain in the A. and loosing sleep over it no less. AND i had to rig it. since it wouldn't just magically fit. DANG IT! so I hope you can see/read it. it worked on my screen and Lance's. so that was good enough for me. EDIT! ** i changed it again. it previously had giant fuchsia dots. and now it's plain whiteish. which i don't mind. i'll have to do this again. still not perfect. and fyi i used these kits here DON'T COPY ME! but they are fab right?! i saw them and had to have them . i'm doing it again. i just have to find the time. **end edit!
so i went to costco. with the whole fandamily. and really it was OK. somehow people managed to behave themselves. a nice chunk of change later, and we were leaving. whoohoo on that.
but we stocked up on basics. so i can cook something on occasion. whoohoo.
as we were putting stuff away in the new soda closet(storeroom but i liked Cecily's word) . let me tell you if i had a camera. you would weep at the storage space. i tell you it is HEAVENLY.
on this one set of midsized shelves. there are 2 cases of water. 2 cases of cheap soda(for the kids yo!), 2 cases of DR.PEPPER, and a case of Mt. Dew. we like caffeine ok! plus there was more room for more fab things. OH YEAH! STORAGE! if i had a camera that worked, i'd take some pictures. darn it.
anyway, Lance decided to put the can solidators(canned food rotators things) on that shelf too. and while he was setting it up , i was supervising/observing, and Pierce, my sweet baby demonstrated his newest trick......
KICKING ME IN THE ANKLE! turd! i swear that kid. where does he learn this crap? like 20 times kicking me, in the ankle, calf, shin. i swear! UGH!
he has been doing this lately too. self sufficient little bugger.
Pierce and Hopeand so that is the fun of the day. thrilling huh? i hate to brag all the time about my super fun life. but ya know i gotta chronicle the journey.

I'm diggin' the new do! LOVE the polka dots and they fit beautiful on my giant 1680X1050 20" monitor~ yeah, I'm so darn proud of this thing--can't help it! oh and I totally have lost days of sleep over my crazy look that is still not to my satisfaction. sigh.
Um love the 'soda closet' ~~ my hubby will for sure hear about this~ until I get one too~!

NOw that's a margarine lover........we had some fights here as well. If I wasn't so busy telling my kids to be good yesterday I think I would have cried. Hope the rest of the summer is better! :)

Yeah, imagine TWO OF PIERCE. I can send you Nicholas if you'd REALLY like to imagine. I went out last night and bought the twinadoes new spacesaver high chairs with 5 PT HARNESSES. Usually they are crawling on the table while we are eating since they broke the other high cahirs with had!
LOVE the new look! Always fun to have something new! And that storage space...I am so jealous! And kiddos....where do they learn all that naughty stuff??? I think it's from the other kiddos at school & then they bring it home and teach the little ones....still love them though! :)

LOVE the new look! Way cute. I'm still jealous of your soda room. I could use one of those. I keep spare Dr. Peppers in my room! :) I couldn't imagine being the youngest of 6. I would be waaaay tougher than I am now. I only had to survive being the youngest of 4. (And I was a surprise so they were all a lot older than me and liked taking care of me. No wonder I'm a princess.)

I have alway told my husband that a butter knife is perfect for everything from unscrewing to hanging pictures, but even I had not thought about using it for ice cream. Good Call Pierce!

I am a soda junkie too, and my life feels complete when I have shelves full of soda, toilet paper, paper towels , and diapers. It's a sickness! I am happiest on the days I get back from sam's club and see my shelves full! Sick,sick, sick.
