and in other news. hot date with the hubby last night. we hit a movie. House bunny! it was funny. i liked it.
and we hit PF changs for dinner. then fetched Pierce from his mom's house . left all of the other hoodlums to spend the night and came home and watched a movie. yay, fun night aloneish together.
i did miss out on GNO with my fave gals who went out for Jen's b-day but i did get to see them and say "howdy" at PF CHANGS. since that is there they went also. it's a rare chance when i get a date out with the hubster though, so i couldn't pass up the chance.
today we slept in, and now Lance is changing the Brakes on both cars. the little car has been out of commission all summer, since he doesn't go anywhere working from home, and i couldn't drive it with all the hoodlums home. so it will be FAB to have it back for the school year, so i can drive around town cheaply (conserve gas) with "the little's" all day, while the bigguns' are at school. and the Van's brakes were grinding again. BUMMER. so he's having a fun filled car maintenance day. i need to do dishes, and mop. and of course Laundry. always delightful.and i feel like baking. we'll see what i actually get around to.
AND i got a couple awards last week. i need to pass those along. i'll be thinking who is fab and need awards. so watch for that tomorrow or Monday.

Thanks for stopping by today. That picture of your children in the header is HILARIOUS. I think that's my favorite part about your blog. Your youngest and my redhead are the same age. We're about to celebrate his 2nd birthday on Oct. 3rd. Big fun!
That night out is almost as rare as our night out!!! We are going out tonight!! Yepee!! Last time we went out alone(except baby of course) would have to be june 21, our aniversary.. Sad I know!! but we take what we can get!!
Car maintenance... fun... NOT!!! But having a little car to scoot around town in... FABULOUS!!! I miss mine for that reason! Thanks for posting my contest... YOU ARE FABULOUS!!!
so fun to have a date and some aloneish time with your hubby. mmm. pf changs. love their honey seared chicken. and glad you are getting your small car back. it is nice not to have to worry as much about gas in a smaller car.

What a great date night!!! I envy you, a place to leave ALL of the kiddos at least for a while. I destest car repairs and it's so nice that you have an option to conserve!
