facebook.
i just got on again. and joined a network. i was hidden before. i joined months ago before tons of people were into it. but wasn't impressed.
it's a HUGE time suck.
I'm not sure if I'm a fan or not. (it all seems so highschool and really i didn't love highschool)
and
can old boyfriends be my facebook friends? i'd love to see what they are up to.
but would that be WEIRD? if i asked them to be my friend?
honestly i've wasted all morning.

DH is one facebook and has found tons of peeps from high school and his mission (even his mission prez) and is really enjoying it. I myself cannot commit to one more thing...right now at least!!

I am on Facebook and I love it! I think it might be because I grew up in So Cal and now live in AZ. I connected with all my old friends from high school and from my old stake and ward. It was fun to see what everyone else was up to that I hadn't seen since I graduated from High School. I have a couple friends on there that I dated, but you know, we are all married and have kids so I don't think it is a bad thing (after looking, I am glad that I married Bob ;o)!

LOL - I see you just added me as a friend on Facebook. I'm on there because my sis made me. I did have a couple long lost friends find me, and a cousin I hadn't talked to in years, but I usually don't get on there much. Blogging is much more fun, and takes too much time as it is.
I'm the same as you. Just not sure about it. But I facebook every once in a while. And I think it is cool to be friends with past BF's.
Old boyfriends can't see much if they aren't in your "network". If they are in your network (and you are probably in Phoenix), they can see a limited version. Friends see it all.
I had a relationship with someone horrible, but he just sent me an apology letter through facebook, so I guess there is some good to it.
P.S. I do love facebook. It is not as high schooly as myspace. That one has to go!

I'm in love with Facebook. I grew up in California and lost contact with so many people. Facebook has helped me find many of them. I also love keeping touch better. I do have several x's as friends. I just always tell my husband when I find one or one finds me. Anyway... email me and I'll give you my info to find me. Maybe you already know my last name?
i WAS on facebook for a little while. i prefer myspace and YES i have lots of ex boyfriends as my myspace friends...did i just say lots?
I just got in touch with an old boyfriend today on facebook. I've also connected with a ton of my old peeps from CA. It was fun to see you on there today.

julia! well, as you well know, i AM on facebook and we are friends. i don't love facebook, but i have been able to connect with friends from all over that i haven't seen for years. this does not typically include highschool since i myself didn't love highschool. i keep in touch with those of you i love and i couldn't be bothered with the rest. the only reason i joined was because there are 2 of my friends on there who will only communicate with me through facebook and one of them lives in freaking canada... lol. hugs!
i want to be your friend! i agree with the whole highschool thing. i am having all these old insecurities and bad feelings overwhelm me. but then i see all my new friends and that is who i realy interact with and then it makes it kind of fun.

I am surprised that old guy friends are adding me as a friend. Some people I knew as acquaintances in high school are adding me. haha I guess it's just kind of funny when you see a name you know then suddenly they're your friend! Glad you joined so we can be *friends*. Cuz you know it's important to me to have TONS of friends listed on there! LOL :)
I joined facebook about a month ago. I prefer blogging to facebook.
