thankful for the things that kids say and do that always make me smile.

last night pierce was playing golf/hockey with a toy car and a serving spatula as the club/stick. he'd hit it and then run to chase it and hit it again.

for some reason it doesn't bother me at all that i have a 3 wheeled scooter in my kitchen, and a trike in the dining room. it's just too cute when Pierce rides them what do i care if it's in the house?

seeing Pierce wake up, come out of his room, and run downstairs and straight outside to play with the dogs.

How about Drake? from Drake and Josh? i have a crush on him!

The naked brothers band? can we go to their concert? they aren't really naked!

Peyton so engrossed in his book he did nothing else ALL DAY yesterday. it was a stretch to have him come eat dinner. he'd started and finished it in one day. and then started another one.

and today i am tackling the Vortex. Thanksgiving will definitely be at my house . and we need the basement ready for a mario cart wii tournament . i have a feeling i know where the men will be. hopefully they let the kids have a turn.

(we aren't football fanatics) video games are more our style.

i better get a move on into the Vortex.
