sorry i didn't post today! but man my hits sky rocketed!

sometimes, i wonder if i get more hits when i don;t post every hour, just because people check more, to see if i did post!

that is not why I didn't post though.

and i know i always whine about sundays being a slow blogging day and everyone stepped up today! and i slacked! sorry i'll try better next time!

SO today, i saw my friend ONEHM in the hall at church! i was thrilled! i of course assume she is always on time, and was glad to see they came in just in time for the opening prayer. I was in the Hall because Pierce, was not in the mood to sit still or be quiet for the lesson. and i didn't prepare much in advance for entertaining him, so he was less than ideal in the RS room where the mike was broken. normally nothing gets me outta my seat, but today, i caved. no snacks, no toys except my trusty silver bracelet, and he was feeling active and chatty, instead of his normal nap! so i bailed. and i was thrilled to see my friend, and her cute family all dolled up for church!

i have to ask you, I saw Jamie Opie ( i forget her new name) through the open door, is she in your ward now? I'd love to get in touch with her. anyone? know how i can reach her? i am afraid she was just visiting, but it'd be so fun to find out she lived in the same neighborhood as me and i had no idea. i can dream, she is such a fun girl!

today my mom came for lunch, delightful. and then i took a mega nap, Lance had a scout board of review this afternoon. this new calling is killing his nap schedule but not mine one bit. yay for me. oh and Pierce staying awake the whole last hour at church, put him napping all through lunch and my nap! pretty great!

tonight we went to Lance's moms house, and the kids had fun, her house is totally all about the grandkids. with dessert and ice cream too. and then as we were leaving they were scrounging old corn on the cob outta the fridge to eat on the way home. my kids eat a lot. and especially something delightful like corn on the cob. cold no less. whatever, they were thrilled!!

we put every one to bed . and now i am catching up on all the posts i missed!
