alrighty now! people could perhaps come over.

ok so this afternoon, after Pierce climbed up on the table and spilled milk on Peyton's homework and after having Jessica come inside this morning to see the nasty-ness called my house, i had to put my foot down and make everyone help clean. and we did! WE CLEANED! we overhauled the dining room, and threw away all the papers that seem to find their way to the floor once they come out of the backpacks. and we cleaned the playroom and put away all the toys into random bins, off the floor was the goal here, not organized, i need to do my labels. and then we actually made it down to the basement and cleaned up an abundance of garbage and shoes and blankets and dolls. huge amounts of crap all over the floor.

I found the matches for approximately 4 pairs of Hope's shoes! I can always find just one of multiple pairs but never a whole pair. well now we have many pairs of shoes! yay!

i still have to mop of course and finally unpack! i found the lids to our Tupperware in a box in the basement. when we moved in we stacked loads of boxes down there, well yeah i didn't really need them so i found them today, maybe I'll actually finally move in! it isn't like we are ever moving. so i should just take my time right?

i am thinking my blogging is getting out of hand. does anyone else sit at the computer all day waiting for comments and new blog posts? i think i am probably the only one pathetic enough to do it. but i sit down and i am glued, the shear number of blogs to look at is infinite right? blog hop here , blog hop there! good times! anyway i think it is getting out of hand in a way.

and then for a treat after cleaning for a few hours we hit Barro's with Aaron and Alicia! yay! they go out every Tuesday night and they invited us to meet them at Barro's! Have I mentioned I ♥♥♥ Barro's? that is I love, love, love barros! because one love just isn't enough to describe my love for barro's! in fact today when we where going on our lunch date, i thought "gosh, I wish we were going to Barros" ! yup, i like it that much!
i guess i am addicted to lots of stuff. blogging, Barro's, shopping, and there will be no top ten Tuesday for me today.

oh and i have to post a disclaimer about the homework fights from this afternoon. i am sure it would be better if my kids were still on meds at that time of the day. and it would be less of an issue if they didn't all have severe ADD. or ADHD. and i make them do it right after school because when i don't, they think they can do it after bed time, and i hold the privileges over their head and they don't have privileges (computer time) unless they do their homework first because they are addicted to computer time and they would do nothing else , including homework if i didn't. so really it is a bribe, a blatant all out bribe to get it done asap. i just get overwhelmed when they all come in , fighting because so and so walked ahead and Joy walked too slow(hello! tiny china girl steps, dang slow, i'd be peeved too) and someone else has to go potty , and the stories from everyone all at the same time. all loud and in my face while the baby is fussy and making messes all over. and Hope is yelling about something. yeah i guess i could say i am overwhelmed. it passes. i have tried to talk with them , one at a time individually, and do home work one on one but sometimes they are freaking nutty and one sets the others off, and then i loose it. Homework is pretty ok some days. just not today. plus I think they were tired from the later than normal bedtime last night. really it isn't always this insane just some days when they are extra tired. and i am tired,and we all lose it! this is why i am crazymama!
