My final answer

i recall narrowing down my word of the year but i don't recall making my final choice and at this point i have kicked it up a notch and picked one that wasn't on the list. a wild card if you please.

TRY

yeah it kept popping to my mindwith the original thoughts of the word of the year. but i was stuck thinking that would mean i'd have to try new food i won't like or new places. OR Lance would turn it into i should try whatever he thinks i should . but really it can mean so many things and it can mean whatever i want. my word my choice to try or not.

TRY. try to be happier, try to clean more, try to make good choices or try changing my tone of voice or try a new dessert. Try to take my pills everyday. Try a diet and exercise plan. Try to be rad. really i don't need to Try to be rad i already am! but i can try to be a better mom/wife/friend, i could always work on that.

if i try at all i have succeeded.

What's my word of the year? TRY and that's my final answer.

I finally did the tag... it is on my blog.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the word. I do love one word resolutions because it does make it so much easier!!!! Mine i HEALTH. All kinds of health. And I can switch it around to mean whatever I Choose... you are SO right on with that! Just because I am Walking for Health does not mean I have to EAT for health right now. So I walked today AND ate M&M's!! LOL

I love your word. Wish I had done that one instead of the word I picked! And you are right. You are totally rad!

This is the perfect word for you. I love it. Thanks so much for hanging out whatever night that was. It's all a blur. I had the most hillarious dreams that night. In the 2 hours of sleep that I got. You are too rad. Wish we could go look for "crap" at Walmart every week. I'm totally missing my girl friends now! I should TRY to visit more often.

I can not help but think of Yoda's opinion of try! :)

That is a good word! I've been feeling so frustrated today - like I'm the only one fighting to have a clean house (against the entire mob)...maybe I should pick START, because all my "kind thought" attempts have been going downhill by the end of the thought...

For example, "WTH did he buy that kind of conditioner?!?" I kindly changed to "It's so nice that he remembered to buy conditioner. I bet if I ask him more specifically next time he won't bring home that stupid shit!"

My favorite is when you said...

Perfect.

That's all kinds of RAD for a word of the year! I can't narrow it down well since ONE word is hard for me. Maybe by March I'll have that figured out...

Such a little word with such power. That's all we're supposed to do in this life anyways, just TRY our best. Cory and I like to do the mini triathlons and we always say: "Tri or Die."
