oh by the way....

this was the Hubster's response to the blitching OMF post...
HUBBY: that was a funny post. i liked it

but apparently this statement (made in Jest , and only semi pathetically true,) ...

"p.s.
honey, you can ignore all of these requests, if you'd just get over it and let me be crazymamaof7, sometime soon. ;) i'm not getting any younger.(neither are you.)
if you go with this option i need it in writing?!"

was NOT FUNNY!

because apparently i can't handle the herd we've got, nor can we afford more.

Just so you know.

this tidbit of conversation of course was triggered this morning because ,

THIS PERSON

woke up in the middle of the night and wrecked havoc on the house while i slumbered.

Pierce's list of crimes ....5/8/09?

after 1 am and before i got up at 7:45

  • he Dumped out the garbage can Full of recycle trash. in the kitchen
  • he stole my new cheap bag (that i bought for Liberty and decided I'd rather let her have my green purse I'd been using , and use the cheap{$6.99} canvas black and white hounds tooth bag with pink stitching.)
  • he took it to his room to dump out the contents
  • he opened and played in my lipstick ,2 NEW tubes of MY favorite shade of Lipstick.i won't admit how much that would amount to in cash...no it doesn't add up to $28 . (he's wearing it like body paint)
  • He scattered all of the receipts in my wallet. (I'm a receipt hoarder)
  • played with the BLACK PERMANENT Markers that were IN my bag, there is evidence that he drew on himself.
  • he Left one marker OPEN to bleed onto and make a mark on my new cheap bag.
  • he cracked eggs,
  • he got out the ham that was new from the store
  • he screwed around with the yogurt. out of an 8 pack there are 2 left? 2 got eaten, so the rest are as yet to be discovered? this could be scary.
my other crimes to be considered in not having more kids,
  • is the mountain of laundry.
  • my tendency to make the kids late for school by doing their hair. NOT LETTING THEM LEAVE until it's done.
  • my vocal admiration of expensive handbags.

it was a cranky morning on somebodies part. and a busy night on someone else's.

I'm just sayin' .

and besides I came to the realization when i typed it yesterday that
Crazymamaof7
just doesn't have the right visual flair when compared to Crazymamaof6.

don't ya think?

so in case you are wondering (and i know some people have been) consider yourself informed
we are continuing on our current holding pattern.
indefinitely.
apparently

great start to a great weekend! maybe we'll fight on our date too!

Maybe you should try getting a lock for your fridge. Sorry about the midnight raid.

My house has been especially dirty lately, and it all has to do with the two youngens' I got.

Pierce is funny.

All I can say is WOW. I guess I'll just be grateful that all my 2 year old does when he wakes up in the middle of the night is get in bed with me and roll all over. Loved your OMF post, I'm making my hubby read it. Good luck with your little terror. And you are still young.

is he sleep walking? One of my boys sleep walks and pees everywhere. It sucks! But at least you got a good night sleep! Crazymama of 7 would be great! I'll race you! :)

Makes me double think trying for a boy (that is sure to end up twin girls).
I have 2 laundry monsters as we speak, a clean one in my room and a dirty bugger in the laundry room. I need to go to work on the later or we won't have undies. I have no problem doing new baby laundry, it's so cute and it smells so drefty.
I've been a slacker on hair and that's... ok.
My mom had my baby brother at 45 so if that helps.

Well...the best part of fighting? making up! i don't know how you do six. It's all I can do to have two. Toddlers are exhausting, so busy!

Oh my..... You need a real award for surviving all that and not killing him.

Don't you know the toddlers always get easier when the new baby comes? But you are right, crazy mama of six just has the right ring to it;)

OH my. Maybe you should tell Lance that #7 might actually tame the beast that is Pierce. Maybe that's why the others haven't been like this...they haven't been the baby for so long like him? :)
This, by the way, is one of my biggest fears. Having the kids up in the middle of the night doing whatever they please and me having to deal with it in the am.
LOL.
