Extra. Extra read all about my teacher gifts.

Thanks for making this year "EXTRA" great!
we HOPE your summer is "EXTRA" fun!
Love, Hope

can you guess what is in these bags?
remember your guess, i get to the answer in a minute...

teacher gift time.
here are the teacher gifts ready to go. at 3:14 am. yes i left it to the last minute. are you shocked?

and treats for the aides, and bus drivers, and and and .

Hope has 1 teacher, 2 aides, 1 speech pathologist,
am bus driver and aide, and Pm bus driver and aide.

if we had money it would be something more.
but we live in our reality, so it's gum.(that is the correct answer) EXTRA GUM , see? get it?

It's the thought that counts right?

I'm hoping it's cute, I took pictures, just for you. presentation is everything.

happy last day of School !

didn't this school year just start? how did it go so fast?
here is one of the first posts of the school year. take special note of the song.
here and Here are pictures of the First day of school 2007-2008 school year.

hope you have a great last day of school.

CRAP! i forgot Paxton's speech pathologist. DANG.

The notepads are from Walmart, the ribbon , and cellophane bags and crinkles, and the gum, are from walmart. the Pen, is from Target, but you can get them at walmart too.

why is everything from walmart?
because it's open past 10 pm. how else would i get the stuff i need for these last minute projects?

if things are misspelled, let it go, and please forgive me. I'm dead in the chair. SO TIRED!

and i forgot to say, I didn't do ANYTHING at all for teacher appreciation.

I'm impressed. I stink. I didn't do anything for last day. I figure after Christmas and teacher appreciation a month ago, they should know I love them?!

That and I just didn't think about it...;)

what a cute Idea-

I gave my daughters 1st grade teacher one of those glass bricks with vinyl letters on the front that say's "The best teachers dont teach from a book they teach from their hearts" and a big huge ribbon wrapped around to top it off.

Wow, you have a lot of people to give to. I only have three. Those pads of paper are cute. Walmart has had some cute stuff lately. I am so into that black damask and they've even had stuff out of that. I will share my teacher gifts later. We don't get out until next week.

AWESOME! I will have to steal that idea for Teacher appreciation week next yr.

Yeah, we are broke too. Dh is doing the finances now, so i get my cash to run the house (groceries, fuel, household stuff, $ for kids) and dh does the rest.

I had about 1/2 hr to get O's teachers gift because I did not remember till I dropped her off that morning at Pre-K! UGH So I ran to target and bought photo albums and thank you cards from the Dollar Spot. I was going to buy Gift bags, but found straw bags foir $2.50 in the Dollar Spot also. So I put them in that with tissue paper. They loved it!

For the older 2 kids teachers, I bought little baskets and will be putting in 2 - 20 oz Pepsi's, a package of unpopped microwave popcorn, a big bag of M&M's and a $5 gift card to the local video rental store.

I think I may use your gift idea for the Principal, secretary, LIbrary lady etc...
